Really fantastic system

Really fantastic system, covers all the gaps you find with generic till systems that aren't tailored to hospitality, really easy to set up, super fast EPOS and great back office and nothing but great support from them, highly recommend!

I have been using another system and I…

I have been using another system and I got in touch with Tabology due to the lack of support I was getting from my previous provider.
I gave a call and Ali took me through the options available for my business.
I made the change and I’m so glad I did - everything was explained clearly and they made the switch as easy as it could be .. I wish I had done it sooner .
will definitely recommend them

Thank you Tabology!

Very easy onboarding and a great back office system that makes running a restaurant that little bit easier. I particularly like the integrated staffing system and online ordering capability. Big up to Glenn for all the support!

GOOD

I started using DOJO after few years of suffering Clover (which is a total scam!)

DOJO is faster and lot easier although not perfect - it gets little bit complicated when a table pays by card, adds a tip and then makes a split payment...but I'm sure they will improve it soon.
Also: I would personally put this system on Android NOT on Apple software.

This system is good but it could be so much better with few improvements

We focus our software exclusively on iPad to ensure reliability and consistency for something as critical as your EPOS. Supporting a single, well-controlled operating system allows us to test more thoroughly, reduce device-specific issues, and deliver a more stable experience overall — which is why we’ve chosen Apple over Android.

We’re constantly improving the software with fortnightly releases, and we’d love your input. Our feature request board lets customers suggest and vote on ideas, which are then factored directly into our upcoming releases. You can find a link to the feature request board from the help & support menu, when logged into your back office.

Simple and intuitive with gold standard service and support

We used Tabology in our community pub and are so happy with the decision.

Two stand out differentiators,

1. it’s designed and run by people who know pubs inside out
2. The support is human, fast and very available which is a big reassurance when you are starting something up from scratch. Nothing is too much trouble.

Great product development roadmap as well so the system is being continually improved.

Been with these since May 2024. Im a bit of a nerd on Back Office but find their Ux so easy to handle and staff can operate the whole platform with ease.

The support is second to none, live telegram support with quick response times. Suppot platform where suggestions can be made and supported by other users and for its capabilities, it is not expensive at all.

Would genuinely reccomend to anyone and have done on many business support forums.

Mark is absolutely amazing

Mark is absolutely amazing. He explains everything clearly and makes the whole process easy to understand. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s incredibly flexible and accommodating to my needs. His approach is professional, patient, and genuinely supportive. I can’t recommend Tabology highly enough.

Tabology has really supported our new…

Tabology has really supported our new business in operating. At a time where we have a lot to think about, EPOS hasn't been a burden. Tabology is simple and intuitive and it just works. Everything we've needed has been easily accessible and transactions have been smooth and efficient to process. The back office capabilities have enabled us to easily get set up, get products added and management reports are immediately available. On the occasions that we've needed some advice, the support has been exceptional and prompt.

I can't recommend Tabology highly enough - it has taken all of the stress out of managing payments and it really is incredibly easy to use and understand.

Having worked with Tabology for 15…

Having worked with Tabology for 15 months I can say without doubt the experience has been above and beyond expectations! I have used othe EPOS systems but would happily recommend. Product is great, but there silver bullet is there support team, reacting fast and resolving issues in a timely manner.

excellent epos system

I have used tabology as my epos till system for the last couple of years and have found the system to be a great benefit to my business. Easy to navigate and any issues (which are negligible) are resolved really quickly through the knowledgeable team on the chat system. Also I believe the cost is affordable to as a small business.

Top drawer

Top drawer. Tried Tabology for the features but stayed for the service. From the beginning of the sales process with the excellent Glenn Hooper to the brilliant support team who will answer any query in lightning speed!! Ticks so many boxes, can't recomend enough.

Excellent EPOS

We recently upgraded our 10 year old EPOS to Tabology, and I am kicking myself we didn't do it sooner! Glenn helped us massively with the on-boarding, and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient. He is always happy to tweak parts of the system, but is great at showing us how to do it ourselves to give us a better understanding of the programme.

The software is miles ahead of what we had been using, and it is so simple to add in promotions, integrate with dojo, create giftcards, draw up rotas etc. The reporting side of the software is also excellent.

For any issues along the way, or any tweaks that need to be made to the system, there is a team available at most hours of the day on Telegram, and they have replied to any messages I have sent within two minutes.

I am yet to find a downside to this EPOS, and cannot rate the switching experience any more highly.
