My partner and I, over a month ago, ordered a collection from our local store in Portsmouth. We specified a time for pick-up as we were on the road, and we actually arrived ten minutes early. We were told to wait for our order, and so we did. Our order was actually already prepared, and had been sat there whilst we waited going cold. We ordered a number of tacos, and customised them as available in the app and they all came as plain beef. No cheese, so salad, none of the other filling we wanted. Almost all of them smashed.

This isn’t the issue though. The issue, is that I complained to the management over a month ago and they still haven’t gotten back to me, other than a few automated messages on their confusing complaints site.

A month.

First time trying Taco Bell in Milton Keynes, it was really busy as expected with a new fast food place but that was not the problem. Got home to find 2 items missing from the family meal for four, thought I’d let that slip as they are busy, but then started opening up the food and I actually laughed, the 4 soft beef tacos were like a wrap folded in half with a little bit of beef mince in the centre and some soggy lettuce with nacho cheese. The crunchy chicken supreme was not even a tiny bit crunchy, the nachos well they weren’t even in the bag, chicken quesadilla was ok ish chips were nice though. Won’t be going back

Placed an order at 1130, confirmed at 12, delivered at 2:30. Was told driver was on the way at 1250 but wasn't, was lied to when called as they said driver is on the way at 1345 but he never left the restaurant till 2:15.

Literally every time you order from the Reading store the order is wrong, currently 3 orders in a row they got wrong that I ordered. Never again, a shame because the food is actually delicious but you never get what you ask for

Ordered food online. It said it would take between 45 and 65 mins, ended up being 1 hour and 40 mins. When it arrived it was missing several items and received the wrong drinks. Tried calling the branch and no reply. Not acceptable!!

Ive given one star but deserves minus one.
This was the most expensive rubbish I have ever bought, churros never Arrived with chocolate sauce ordered, the burritos were thrown together and were of similar size to a kfc snack wrap, tasteless and not worth the money, treat yourselves to something worth having, not this rubbish.

No stars if I could. Been a few times and never ever have had everything we order in stock! My daughters 13th birthday choice to come here and they don’t even have any fries! No notice or anything just have to wait in queue to be told. Staff are useless. Utter garbage Cleethorpes store.

Apart from the poor customer experience the inability to contact them either by social media or by phone is poor. I had ordered 5 meals and everything was thrown in a bag and only 4 complete meals were there but had the wrong fillings. I was charged £25 for the poorest experience ever posted on twitter and Facebook but not even an acknowledgement of my experience. Avoid this amateur company

This was the worst meal I've ever had. Went with a friend and we ordered two different box meals as we wanted to try a large variety of dishes. The staff were terrible, they managed to get the order completely wrong even though the right items showed on the computer and my receipt. When they finally got it right the food was extremely disappointing, there was no fresh salad in any of the wraps or tacos in fact they were almost empty, everything was cold and extremely bland. It was disgusting. A huge disappointment. I will not be back!

I ordered through deliveroo to Taco Bell. Lovely food shame it arrived cold and half was missing. I was willing to overlook the coldness but when the refused to send the missing items out and a refund it really took the biscuit!! It's a shame the staff are incomptient and not able to provide any customer service skills.

After queueing for 30 minutes to even try to get into the car park. I decided against using this extremely slow facility. This was caused by the queue for the drive thru. Since this no one wanting to use the local restaurants is able to access the facilities because of the problems they are causing, including blocking main roads.
