Fast service even at a busy time of year. (Black Friday Sales).
Next day delivery to the Highlands of Scotland and all the equipment was exactly as described. They clearly have a great logistics team!

Received a faulty product in my order, emailed TK and they got back to me within half an hour, had the faulty product sent back that day and a replacement shipped out to me the following day, all the while I was kept informed of what was going on.

Have been making full use of the Black Friday discount this week for my husbands Christmas gifts and am very happy I did! It was the first time buying and the whole experience has been faultless. Order placed 2.30pm yesterday and delivered to me this morning at 8am - only downside was hiding it when it arrived as it had tactical kit tape on the outside, my husband would know this was for him and not me! Have gone on to order again today with the money I had saved and decided to give them a call to see if they could possibly not use the tactical tape this time round. The lady I spoke to was lovely and said of course it wasn’t an issue. Would happily use the company again.

I have heard how good Wiley X sunglasses are ! So i decided to try them out for myself. A Google search for UK sellers brought me to Tactical Kit amongst others but they stood out for price and competitive shipping. A no nonsense website and easy peasy ordering is why i choose them. They kept me updated on the shipping process and had my Wiley X Knife glasses to me in under 48 hours. Worthy of trust and confidence.

Scam company. Made an order for 2 plate carrier set ups. Paid for next day delivery. Items not despatched. I paid by bank card, They are emailing me saying they cant take my payment as paypal does not cover it, DESPITE ME HAVING PAID BY CARD AND NOT PAYPAL.. and sent me their bank details asking to send the money again via bank transfer, despite the money already being gone from my card.

TOOK MY MONEY ONCE AND TRYING TO SCAM ME AGAIN. NOT SENT ANY GOODS. NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH MY BANK FOR THIS.

AVOID !!!!

Fast delivery, I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and it was replaced in a couple of days. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely shocking customer service, refused to repair or replace a faulty product that was well within its return period, ignoring messages and emails regarding the issue. Avoid at all costs!

Very correct and professional.
Shipping and tracking was impeccable (DHL Express).

Buyer beware. Great selection of stock and the prices are great. Items dispatched quickly.

However, my order was a complete disaster.

TacticalKit sent the wrong item (honest mistake).

Then advised me that I'd have to wait in from 0900 - 1700 for DPD to collect the item.

I waited in, DPD didn't turn up. Not TKit’s fault, granted but still a massive pain. (waste of a day).

I then sent the trousers back at my own expense; and was told that I would only be refunded when the trousers had been received by TKit.

Trousers were received by TKit, and "as a gesture of goodwill the return postage was refunded" ... Sorry, what goodwill is that, I’m sending back your incorrectly sent item, because your couriers were unable to collect the item.

Anyhoo, refund was processed... but only for the item, not the additional postage for the wrongly sent item ... difference was minimal but just on principle this irritated me.

So all in all, not great. It's cost me money to order something and be sent the wrong item ... then a lengthy and confused return process.

I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Tactical Kit is such a great store to have available within the U.K., especially when sourcing products that typically are quite hard to get ahold of from abroad.

The whole team has been fantastic with previous orders I have had with them, and in one instance where the courier was at fault I was put to ease and Tactical Kit ensured that I received my order safely.

Communication has also been great with the customer service team between phone calls and emails - I can’t ask for much else!

The merchant advertised one product, but sent me different, less quality product without asking. The merchant confirmed that they don't have the advertised product in stock, therefore they have sent the "closest alternative". However, the merchant is not willing to cover shipment expenses for product return, even though they have sent the wrong product on purpose.

According to the merchant return policy they process with full refund and cover shipment expenses in case of wrong product has been sent. Once contacted, the merchant refused to cover the return shipement and seem to get excited when informed about Paypal transaction dispute opened, as if they got used to deal with customer's claims.

The Paypal dispute still in the process, but the merchant trying to be sneaky and claiming the product was not returned, ignoring their fault to cover shipment expenses. The story is not over yet, I might need go further to ADR to resolve the issue.

It is unbelievable, how many people has been involved and how much energy and time has been spent by many parties, just because of the false advertisement and the merchant not willing to follow their own return policy.

Update: the seller abusing Paypal return policy, make sure to report them to the Paypal, eventually Paypal will terminate the contract or fine the merchant. In this case Paypal compensated the shipping fees.

I emailed them one evening and they replied the next day early. Very impressed with that.

Today is a Saturday, approx 1400, I ordered a High Speed Gear 247 Ankle IFAK yesterday (Friday) at about 0800. It turned up today.

Packaging was fantastic IFAK came in its company packaging, which had been put in a bubble wrap envelope in a grey parcel bag.

Re: 247 Ankle IFAK - comfortable to wear but you do need slightly baggier trousers. I would recommend running a SOFF-T Wide or something similar. A CAT works but is slightly too large. Looking forward to using it more.

I will be a returning customer, there is so much good kit which you just can't get anywhere else.
