I would not recommend buying from this…

I would not recommend buying from this shop.

I placed three orders in May (two through Etsy and one through their website). Throughout the entire process, I was never proactively informed about the status of my orders. Every update came only because I contacted the seller myself. Each time, I was told that my orders were being prepared and that everything would be shipped together soon.

After waiting for more than two months, despite the website stating that international shipping takes 7–21 days, I contacted them again. Instead of finally shipping my orders, I was informed that my Etsy orders could no longer be fulfilled because their Etsy shop had been closed.

I then requested a refund for my webshop order. The seller refused, claiming that the package had already been shipped and therefore a refund was no longer possible. I immediately asked for proof of shipment, but received nothing. After several more days without any response, the seller finally sent me a photo of my parcel still sitting in their workshop as “proof” that it had been shipped. This directly contradicted their earlier statement that the parcel was already on its way and that a refund was therefore impossible.

The seller repeatedly provided contradictory information throughout the entire process. By the time tracking information was finally provided, I had already lost all trust in the business. I informed the seller that I no longer wished to receive the order and that I would refuse delivery, but my message was ignored and the parcel was sent anyway.

The lack of communication, contradictory information, and the way this situation was handled made this the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
