On 2/10/2020 I ordered two cat beds. The company charged my card $49.98.
I have not received an email confirmation or the product and if you try to go to the website it is down. It has been down for at least a week.
This is the biggest scam I have ever seen!!!

I ordered a cat toy from them over 2 weeks ago. I contacted them because I still hadn't had an email to confirm my order had been posted. I never got a response to the first email, so I emailed them again asking for a refund because they haven't posted it yet. They responded by telling me they've posted it, despite me asking for a refund, but they can't give me the tracking number until Monday. Since tracking numbers are generated when you post a parcel, I can only presume they lied to me about posting the product. It is now Monday and I still haven't received a tracking number for the parcel. So, they clearly haven't posted it yet. I bought this product as a Christmas gift, which I'm now going to have to buy elsewhere.
This is the worst company I've ever shopped with! I want a refund. I have sent them another email, I'm still waiting for a reply. Clearly customers aren't their number one priority.
