The boots were beautiful just a little big and the toes hurt my feet a bit but I am happy with my purchase and the seller was very helpful and kind.

Excellent seller and quality product. Had a slight issue likely caused by Customs inspection, which damaged a small piece, but Takerlama, even while on vacation, responded and replaced the part. Highly recommended!

I ordered a spider byte suit from them early September and unfortunately it got lost in the mail so I emailed them about it and they sent me a new one and it arrived the day for Halloween (yay) I will say when it came to my replacement suit they didn’t tell me when they shipped it out so I didn’t know it was already on the way until I emailed them so that’s a downside for me. And will I love the suit maybe I should’ve gotten it custom sized because I ordered a medium (because usually I’m a large-xl) bc wanted a tight fit and while it does fit the way I wanted it to in the right places, it’s really baggy in the front private area and it only looks normal when I’m standing still and no matter how many times I pull it up it just slides down n gets baggy again every time I watch so I’m constantly pulling it up. I’ve tried shrinking it in the wash hoping it would help and it won’t shrink (which is sort of a good thing) but the front private area is just really bugging me and I know if I ordered a small it would be too tight and wouldn’t fit.

My package had an issue but they responded that night offering the missing products cost to be removed and to send me it anyway that night so the service was super helpful! Also the quality of the piece that arrived was pretty good for the price

Ordered my daughter a costume, it came quickly - the price beat everyone else and the quality was better than the same character outfit we saw at Walmart which was $10 more than what we paid. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions. I would absolutely order from here again. It was a great experience.

Seen the white and red version of the classic 1978 Superman costume on night on your website. I decided as it was in the Canadian colours, it would make for another cosplay option for my local convention and special appearances in town. It finally arrived after a series of errors with the courier involved but it fits fine and looks well put together.

Ordered a Halloween costume (the orange dunkin tracksuit)- it shipped almost immediately, and although there were some issues with the local delivery service the costume got to me in time for Halloween. Great quality for the price.

Ordered a suit jacket with custom tailored measurements on a whim and didnt have high hopes for it turning all that great being online and the poor quality experience ive had with stuff online. Got my tuxedo front long-tailed jacket in the other day and as soon as i tried it on it blew me away. Fits like a glove with measurements i took myself and the fabric material+stitching is right on point. Still cant believe what i got for $100 bucks. I got it for a Halloween costume but now im gona be looking for excuses to wear this tailored jacket.

Communication was great even when I ordered a costume that was too large, they were willing to exchange it for smaller size.

Ordered a vault suit from them a while back. Ended up having some issues with some of the items on the suit but after talking with the company, they offered to send me a new vault suit. I really do appreciate their willingness to make things right. Besides the small issues I had with the vault suit quality was awesome! Shipping takes a bit but that’s normal with international orders.

We purchased a costume for $86 and they emailed couple days later saying it's $169 now and I can either pay $78 difference or they will cancel the order. Horrible business ethics.

Excellent and phenomenal costume that was a special order. Excellent communication and all the hard work that went into making this amazing beautiful costume will leave you speechless! I was wary of this site at first because I have never heard of it before, but they had the Fallout Vault 33 Jumpsuit I was looking for. So I took a chance.

I received my jumpsuit about a month later and wow - it was worth the wait! It didn't look like the pictures. It looked better. It exceeded my expectations tenfold.

The stitching and just the way the costume was sewn together was unbelievably good. There was a slight mishap with stitching not being completed on one of the sides, but the great people at Takerlama worked with me and made it right. I wish Trustpilot would allow me to submit pictures because the detailing and look of the whole jumpsuit is just perfect. I am 5'5" 145 lbs. and the Medium is a perfect fit. Like it was made for me.

Overall, buying from and working with Takerlama was a great experience and if you want a cosplay costume, I would highly recommend them.

Ordered an £150 arthur morgan cosplay, came on time for Halloween last year but was like 2 sizes too big, would recommend ordering your own stuff on different websites and putting them together for cheaper. I was out of time though

Could NOT be HAPPIER!!! Ordered my daughter an outfit for Halloween. It came on time, beautifully made, nice material and most importantly paid 1/4 the price that Amazon and Etsy were charging. I would absolutely use this company again!!

Ordered a supergirl suit from them and it came in too small (I did measure myself but I’ve done that in the past for other suits). They don’t give refunds if the suit doesn’t fit since it is custom made which I understand. I ordered a second suit with measurements I had someone else take of me and the material is different as well as the suit being too big this time. I don’t particularly recommend if you need custom suits.

Funny small fake shirt, but it did the trick, with a tee underneath.
Trousers nothing extraordinary but was okay.
All in all. Just perfect for the ocation.
