Absolutely worse money transfer company to deal with. Do not bother I had to cancel my transfer due to the process and time the was wasting. Very bad company to use especially for large transfers. You will stress yourself as they are incompetent. I ended up using XE after for my transfers which was headache free

I have not met such a incompetent money…
I have not met such a incompetent money service in my life. They will take the money and not process the payment, as additional information is required, but you do not know additional information is required until you start chasing them for a update. Thats when they start to hit you with, we need 6 months of bank statements etc. Once you submit all that, then it is still not processed as magically they need more additional information but will not email you about this, instead you will need to chase them to find out they need more additional information. Very slow transfer service, so i cancelled my transfer and used XE much quicker and no nonsense about additional information

Rubbish
Rubbish, poor communication from their end. They never answer their phone or react to a message immediately. I finally got through to kne of them but always take him/her about an hour to reply to a live message. I asked them to cancel my transaction. The guy pretended, and after 12hrs they told its been delivered to who I don't know. Rubbish
