I left a one star review on here on July 31 for them not honouring their betting bonuses.
A few hours after that review, my account was closed with over £50 in it, I assume for punishment for the one star review. I was told that in 2-5 days the withdraw would be sent, as it already was apparently, but behold, 7 days later, my money is not with me.
Closing accounts of disgruntled customers is naughty business indeed.
I had to delete my old review since the person responding made it all about the bonus'.
I do not care anymore for the bonus', I would like my money back.

Do not bother they will close you account and keep any balances even after you make a deposit with your own money, awaiting final response in order to proceed my complaint with the gambling commission and IBAS

Had issues with promotions. Adam sorted it and was very helpful

I had an issue with a sign up promotion, went on the live chat and spoke to an agent called Sheigh. In less than 10 minutes then issue was explained and resolved, can't ask for more than that.

I've had a nightmare recently with bookmakers, so to get such good customer service (thanks Jim) from talkSPORT BET was a breath of fresh air. I'm still a new customer so time will tell just how good they are, but first impressions are great and happy to be a new customer.

I had an issue with my bonus bet but Gina in the help desk was so helpful. She assisted me so quickly. Excellent service

I joined yesterday and chose the football bonus. Like a donkey I cashed the bet out and voided a £40 bonus 🙈 When I asked the customer service team if this was the case Charlie my advisor confirmed that cashing out did indeed void the bet! But, Charlie being the absolute legend he is said he would reinstate the bonus in good faith anyway. If you ever read this review... the film was the best Sci fi film ever made. Terminator 2 judgement day, classic watch 😎

I tried to opt in for a welcome bonus but cashed out as I backed the wrong horse on accident. I then placed a second bet that didn’t qualify. However I was able to speak to Ana on live chat, who was very responsive and quick to review my query. She did see that I’d messed up the offer by cashing out but was very kind and offered a gesture of goodwill to give me the bonuses as my second bet would have qualified if I didn’t make the original mistake. Thank you very much Ana!

Was good. TalksportBet (sister to Heart Bingo) originally agreed to leave my account open after BV (parent company) previously tried to close it with live bets which they claimed never existed (I took them to IBAS and won). Unfortunately for them, I had screenshots of the bet. When they reinstated my accounts, I agreed to take down this negative review of their operation.

For the last few months, I have continued to use some of their sites, but when I signed up to another, they placed restrictions on all of my accounts with Heart Bingo, Betvictor etc... again. Really not a trustworthy operator. I would look elsewhere, if you want fair treatment and fair play. Negative review to follow for Betvictor tomorrow.

I opened an account almost 2 weeks ago and it closed instantly because it thought I was self excluded! I went to chat and provided evidence that I wasn't and they seen I wasn't anyway, that is now irrelevant. What is, is that I have been to chat 4 times over this time period, told them each time I have been sent no email by 'the relevant team' each time I get told the same thing. They will be in touch. I've sent 2 emails myself and nothing. 2 weeks 4 interactions to be brushed off and 2 unanswered emails. Appalling customer service.

Jim was super helpful resolving an issue I had with a free bet offer. Thanks Jim!
