I had a great experience with Frida from beginning to now. I started my first assessment and appointment back in November. It does seem pricy, but every penny is worth it. The nurse practitioners are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. They are very thorough and I feel like it’s the most anyone has listened to me regarding ADHD. They don’t push the medication on you, they give you lots of safe options and alternatives as well. They do weekly and/or monthly follow ups to make sure everything is going well, and you can contact them anytime. The appointments are done on the phone at your convenience. I can’t thank them enough!!!!

These new medical groups are all about taking your money. Just remember that. So far I have spent thousands of dollars doing what was asked of me, paying a registration fee, then appointment fees, then sleep clinic fees, then a crazy expensive cpap machine in order to satisfy them, until I had enough. I have never heard from them again. Contacting them will cost another $99 I feel I was dropped like a hot potato because I can’t spend anymore money. Never received any meds to help me.
Go see your doctor. They at least get paid to push the meds. Or do like I did and find the meds online, educate yourself, be smart about it and you will be much better served than by a faceless corporation.

Easy and quick way to get a diagnosis and receive treatment if you are willing to pay their prices. I had great experiences with their providers and customer service. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking to treat their ADHD.

This company started off good, but over the past 2 years they keep changing their payments structure.
They're now charging $99 per appointment, each appointment is roughly 10 minutes and all they do is ask how you feel then give you a new prescription.
I've asked them NUMEROUS times what exactly I'm paying for since they keep increasing the fees for the subscription and I get some generic non-response.
I can never speak with anyone on the phone and they take 3 days to get back to messages through their portal.
They charged me 2 days in advance of my last appointment, I was not able to take their call due to an unexpected meeting. I tried to call them back less than an hour later, no one on the phones.
I sent a message through the portal, it took them 3 days to respond with a generic copied/pasted message that said that they made me a new appointment on "[date/time]". They couldn't even fill that in correctly.
