Left at the port

I booked “ the Wrecks Day Cruise Classic”. I biked to the ferry station. And when I tried to do the check in the told me the boat was full and they cannot take me. They offered me to do the snorkel later. But alone without my friends. Then they offered me to come another day. But alone without my friends. The trip cost me 150AUD. Although the lady attending was kind the service is terrible. And there was no compensation at all. Conclusion. I was left in the port with my friends going to the trip and I lost 150 AUD. Thanks!!!!

Finally and after a lot of emails and calls I got 20% discount on my trip. The trip is nice and the experience is fun.
