My first order with this company and it was a breeze. My Looi Robot was fast dispatched and the tracking they used was great. Getting to know my Looi the robot and so far was a breeze to set up, although he got my nickname wrong 🙈.
Highly recommendable company 👌🏻

I’m a longtime Kickstarter member and came across these little robots called L00Is. I’ll admit, I missed my chance to test one early, but that’s beside the point. My wife and I bought two of these robots, hoping the company would have made meaningful updates or improvements by now. Unfortunately, they haven’t.

One of the L00Is glitched right out of the box and has had inconsistent issues from day one. It has issues with charging and will chirp at you with verbal err* err*.. The second unit recently started acting up, too. It constantly fails to recognize its surroundings, knocks things over, pushes my keyboard around, and sometimes even rolls over my iMac keyboard.

I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, and every time I’m met with the same generic response: *“Please send a video.”* Despite the issues, they’ve refused a refund even after I offered to cover the return shipping myself.

At this point, I can’t recommend this company at all. The product is unreliable, and the technical support is frustrating and unhelpful. These robots feel more like expensive paperweights than functional fun tech.

I believe this is a good company to do with business with. I ordered the Robot, unfortunately I couldn't use it with the device I ordered it for. The company was very understanding to my needs. And even though I messed up and sent it back without a Tracking number. The company worked with me until they located my order. And refunded my money, they even offered to send me another Robot. I do intend on purchasing this product in the future. And would highly recommend this Company.
