I used TanQyou twice for parking around 30 minutes in Eindhoven. however i received a bill saying i parked for 2 days. it is crazy. the app is totally unreliable. it just want to cheat and steal money from you.
Weird thing is that the app does not allow you to check parking history and transaction details. someone strange just called you and send you a random invoice.
TanQyou said I forgot to stop the app. That is not true. For the 2nd parking I remember clearly I parked around 20 minutes and stopped immedeatly after grocery. The 1st parking is in Sep. I remember i stopped the app but not sure. The invoice includes only the total parking time. nothing about accurate timing when i parked and left, how the rate is calculated, etc. although the parking is free during night. All in all, i parked at most 1.5 hour in total, while you claim I parked for 2 days. crazy.

The app has been read and this shows that no issues have emerged. The bottom line is that you yourself forgot to turn off the app. This is your own responsibility.
