Tech support will know less than you do about how the process should work

I was hoping that some of the changes made to app would help improve customer service, but it does not. The moment you have a problem and something doesn't work right you will find that they basically have zero tech support. They have "support" people, but you can't talk to them in real time, only via email, and they are basically just like telemarketers working from a script. Once you submit an issue, you will wait several hours for a response, once it comes it will undoubtedly be a standard response. So if income balance isn't updating or the amount is incorrect (this happens often) the response will always be either that "you're employer allows transfer up to ___% of net pay and you have reached the max amount of transfers this period" or "that the system updates your account daily at ____ time" Never answering the real issue, so you might respond "yes I understand that but my balance hasn't changed in days despite working 4 shifts since the last time it updated properly" or "ok, I understand that the system updates at that time, but its now several hours past that and my balance is the same" and you will never hear back. They don't really understand the system or know how to troubleshoot, they only respond with how the system is supposed to work, which obviously didn't happen properly or we wouldn't be contacting them. Any follow up questions go unanswered until next pay period starts and then it no longer matters as everything resets, keeping you from being able to use the money that should be available to you per the service they claim to provide with no recourse or anybody else to contact. There is no supervisor to contact or transfer to, which is probably why they are unconcerned with whether they actually provide help or resolve the issue at hand. If I had to guess they are contracted employees without any real knowledge of the system or app, just paid to send responses at a flat rate per response. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE, if your employer chooses them try to find another way if possible, the system glitches all the time and they will not assist you leaving you high and dry in a bind if urgent needs occur
