I could not find a better price for my Bristan taps than I got from taps4less. Added to which the ordering process was slick, and delivery was quick and efficient - good comms on ETA etc. Will definitely be using these guys again.

I bought a Grundfos 4bar negative shower pump at a great price and was worried about delivery times. When I did not get notification on dispatch I followed up and and the pump soon arrived.

Found the rather non standard ss sink unit I was struggleing to find, was prominent on thier website , a few days later & as promised it arrived in the time slot allocated . Just what I needed for this rather awkward job , good quality material , complete with overflow / drain set up. Well packaged to avoid damage in transit . Also excellent & rapid reply to e mail enquiries .

Had been let down by another supplier who sent a damaged unit to me and couldn’t replace it for 4 weeks. Conor and the team got one delivered in 3 days. Great service

Purchased a bridge faucet in chrome. Delighted with the product when it arrived. Looks like a good quality piece and was very reasonably priced compared to some other companies. Delivery was timely and tap was well packaged. Very happy customer.

Atrocious customer service. Ordered a soft close toilet seat last September, within a month is was faulty, and then replaced, although not quickly, with a mild inference that it was my fault. The replacement had the same problem . Messaged a month ago and have had no reply,
I am now stuck with an item that is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Clearly this company will take your money, but if things go wrong and you request a refund or replacement they are NOT interested.
I have now received a refund.

The folk there were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Best plumbing company I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend them. Got my item very quickly and at a great price

Cannot speak highly enough about the service we recieved. Ordered a bathroom, including flooring and wall panels. Connor was incredibly helpful, both in sourcing what we wanted and making suggestions to improve on what we wanted. He went above and beyond in getting everything to us in time despite the supplier failing to deliver as planned, so that our plumbers could start as planned. Cannot recommend highly enough, and was delighted to get a follow up call to check that everything was as expected. Thank you Connor.

Ordered a posh tap that had to be shipped from somewhere. Great communication and customer service from Connor who emailed daily to let me know the updates. Sadly had to cancel the order as it will be too late for the builder to install.

Taps 4 Less provided me with absolutely exemplary service. My shower screen order arrived very quickly and was in perfect condition. The order for an additional part (my failing, not theirs!) was equally well-handled.

Excellent service. Got our tap in the two working days it was promised. It arrived beautifully packaged and the tap itself is simply stunning. I went with an antique brass 2 in 1. It goes perfectly with our ceramic sink.

I bought 3 column radiators last year and I was so pleased with them that I decided to buy another 4 for upstairs. I emailed to see if Taps4Less could tell me which ones I ordered so that they would all match. I got a reply almost straight away. Before buying them I spoke to Connor to find out which valves I should get. He was very helpful, patient & extremely knowledgeable. I can't wait for my new radiators to be delivered next week. I would definitely recommend Taps4Less. My next big job is the bathroom & I will definitely be using them again.
