Never Arrived. Never Notified. Never Again.

Ordered over $250 worth of products in May and never received a single item. Tapstitch lost the package, never reached out to notify me, and made no attempt to locate or reship the order. Months passed before I was simply offered a refund — no explanation, no accountability, no effort to make it right.
For a print-on-demand service, the product means nothing if it never arrives and the customer has to chase down what happened. I would not order from Tapstitch again.

My honest review

Im going to be completely honest and tell you my exact thoughts and experiences. If you are looking to build an actual brand or get it off the ground than tapstitch is an bad option.

First ill tell you the pros. The garment quality and stitching is very good. The printing quality is also good and the delivery times are very consistent

The cons and why you cannot build a brand with them. They dont care about their customers. When you complain about legitimate things they dont care to understand the mistakes they have made and where to do better. Major red flag. I expressed many issues with them and i kept being told someone would get back to me in 2 days and nobody ever once got back to me. The printing inconsistency is a huge issue. One of the products i was printing on was a striped shirt so i had the logo positioned in between stripes which was very important and when the item arrived it was in the complete wrong position from where i had placed it in their design mock up. The print itself was also not what my design looked like despite it being over the 300 dpi. There are just so many inconsistencies with their printing so different customers will get products that look different. They refuse to handle these concerns and they simply dont care. For this reason if you are trying to build a brand it is literally impossible. If you just need some easy merch then sure they are a good option but absolutely not if you want to get a brand off the ground

Regarding the striped garment, we'd also like to clarify that the stripe pattern on these products is naturally variable from garment to garment. Because of this, the printed design cannot always be aligned to the exact stripe position shown in the mockup. We understand this expectation was important to your brand, and we're sorry that we did not communicate this limitation more clearly before production.

We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback. It highlights areas where we need to improve—not only in our communication, but also in setting clearer expectations for products with unique manufacturing characteristics.

All but the first order has been a problem

All but the first order has been shaky. They sent old, faded, &/or mis colored items on every bulk order I placed. The sizing is too small to sell & they don’t do refunds even though it says they do. Their drop shipment directly to your customer will have your customer requesting a refund before it leaves their production stage. They are currently holding an order of 3 dresses with one logo in production for the 8th day & will not give me an update on why or when it will be shipped. The order was placed on June 18th & I will update here whenever Tapstitch ships it

B.S company ordered 4 shirts to test the water it’s been over a month no merchandise no reply to emails so finally had to get the bank to dispute the charges to get money back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Impeccable Product!

Shipping has gone from 7 days to 21…

Shipping has gone from 7 days to 21 days even if you select USA fulfillment even on small orders. The customer service reps are AI now, then once you reach a person they don’t know anything, or it needs to be escalated with a 48 hour wait before they can figure out why your order hasn’t shipped.

It was easy to use the website but…

It was easy to use the website and create the design and upload for the shirt, but it did take a while to get them and the shirts are not true to the size that they represent. I got 2X and 3X shirts and they feel like they’re medium and larges so I would not recommend this place to get T-shirts. I did get a tank top though and I love the tank top. It’s really comfortable and it fits really good. I wish I could return the T-shirts but you know how these companies are. I guess we’ll just have to cut them up and make them into something I like for the summer and try different place.

We have been using Tapstitch for their…

We have been using Tapstitch for their product range, which is genuinely strong, but recent fulfilment changes have caused serious issues for our business.

We specifically requested USA fulfilment, yet our orders are now being routed through China. As a result, delivery times have blown out from an average of around 7 days to 17+ days, with some orders likely taking close to a month to arrive.

Support was able to provide information about what had changed, but unfortunately they were not helpful in actually resolving the issue or offering a practical fix.

We now have six very unhappy customers and expecting more to come and we would not have even known about the fulfilment change if they had not contacted us asking why their orders were taking so long.

At this point, we are now looking for a new POD supplier in the USA and will most likely remove Tapstitch products from our site.

Great product range, but sellers should be very careful if delivery times and fulfilment location matter to their business as regardless of whether you choose USA Fulfilment they will still route your orders through China taking + 30 days for orders to be delivered

We understand how important fulfillment location and delivery timelines are, especially when managing customer expectations. While we continue to expand our USA fulfillment catalog, we acknowledge that our current coverage may not yet meet every seller's requirements.

We're also sorry that our support team was unable to provide a more practical solution at the time. Your feedback has been shared internally, and we're working to improve both our communication and guidance in situations like this.

One of the best POD services!

One of the first POD services I've found that offers the flexibility to support both direct-to-consumer sales and direct retail fulfillment. I sell through Etsy, but I also work with retail accounts, and Tapstitch allows me to ship directly to retailers without having to route everything through Etsy and pay additional marketplace fees.

When I sell through Etsy, I'm happy to pay the fees because Etsy is helping me find customers. However, for wholesale and retail orders, Tapstitch provides a much more efficient solution.

Tapstitch did a fantastic job with my order. Their DTG printing reproduced gradients perfectly, and the shirt quality was exactly what I was hoping for. The finished products looked professional, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a POD provider that can support both retail and wholesale business models.
