Niste escroci, mai bine trimiteti pachete cu firme mici.
Am trimis zeci de pachete uk-ro, ro-uk (familie mare), pentru ca nu stiam de alte firme si nu aveam timp sa caut. In 80% din cazuri numai probleme de tot felul, pachete rupte, continutul spart (lucruri cu valoare cat si lucruri marunte dar totusi...). O nesimtire iesita din comun, ceva extraordinar as zice, de parca ar fi stapanii lumii, iti vorbesc foarte urat, mizerabil chiar, esti sclav pe banii tai, te rogi de ei in genunchi pt orice intrebare ai avea. Iti raspund execrabil, niste scursuri ale societatii, te invita sa le faci reclamatie razand. Barbatul care aduce pachete in anglia iti vorbeste absolut grotesc, toate rudele mele au fost "agasate" de el.
NU TE LASA SA CANTARESTI PACHETELE LA EI LA SEDIU CAND LE DEPUI SI NICI SA LE ACHITI DIN ROMANIA, DOAR SA TE POATA PACALI LA CANTAR SI SA PLATESTI MAI MULT IN ANGLIA, ASTA E LEGE LA EI !!!!
SI NU DAU NICI BON FISCAL FACAND ASTA!! TRIMITI PACHETUL "LA GHICI"!!
INSEALA LA KILOGRAM, CEVA DE SPERIAT !!
Ar fi foarte multe de scris, dar va spun atat: EVITATI TARSIN !!!!!!!! Prea multa bataie de joc am suportat!!
I have sent dozens of packages between the UK and Romania (big family), simply because I didn’t know of any other companies and didn’t have the time to look for alternatives. In 80% of the cases, it was nothing but problems: torn packages, broken contents (both valuable items and small things, but still...).
The level of insolence is beyond belief; it’s extraordinary, honestly. They act as if they own the world. They speak to you horribly-miserably, even. You become a slave on your own dime, begging them on your knees for an answer to any question. Their responses are execrable; they are the dregs of society, and they literally laugh while inviting you to file a complaint. The man who delivers the packages in England speaks to people in an absolutely grotesque manner; all of my relatives have been "harassed" by him.
THEY DON'T LET YOU WEIGH THE PACKAGES AT THEIR OFFICE WHEN YOU DROP THEM OFF, NOR DO THEY LET YOU PAY FOR THEM IN ROMANIA. THIS IS THEIR "LAW" SO THEY CAN CHEAT YOU ON THE WEIGHT AND FORCE YOU TO PAY MORE IN ENGLAND!
THEY CHEAT YOU ON THE SCALE - IT’S SOMETHING TERRIFYING!!
There is so much more I could write, but I’ll just tell you this: AVOID TARSIN at all costs!
They don't issue a tax receipt!!
