Having used Tartanista before and getting really good service, I decided to use them again. I wasn’t disappointed. Very pleased with my purchase and the delivery time was very quick. OK £39 to France might seem a bit steep, but I was in a hurry. Ordered Tuesday before midday, received Wednesday afternoon.
Highly recommended.

Placed my order just before midday yesterday and my item arrived by 8.15am this morning! OK I paid £34.95 for a quick delivery to France, but I didn’t expect it to be that quick.
I ordered a value kilt (because they come in the shorter length of 22” rather than the 24” on the deluxe version.
Great quality for the price.

Easy ordering online and I have now ordered and received three beautiful men's kilts. It is very handy that they come in three lengths of 22/24/26. As I am short, a kilt of the length of 22 inches is perfect. It saves me from paying £20 to a seamstress to have a kilt of 24 inches shortened.

Easy ordering online and prompt emails informing exactly what stage the order was at in terms of delivery. Their courier company also kept me informed as to where it was in the world. My order arrived to me on the other side of the world in six days from when I ordered. Impressive. The merchandise is exactly what is pictured on their website too so no disappointment there either.

The sizing on kilts can be tricky, as I found out.
Ordered what I thought would be ok, my waist size. It was way short of me being able to do it up. Rang them, got a completely excellent person on the phone, they talked me through the return procedure (label & paid postage was in the bag) put a note in for a swap to a bigger size. A couple of days later it was with me. Fits perfectly. I am well impressed with the way these people do business, straight forward with no fuss. I will be back to them in the future. Ordered a utility kilt for a special occasion but I ordered the wrong size. Returned the item but unfortunately they didn’t have the large size in stock.
I received great customer service from Tartanista, esp Linda. My refund was processed very quickly.
It’s a shame I couldn’t order again from them but I would recommend their kilts as the one I ordered was brilliant quality.

I searched long and hard for an actual UK company, rather than a mock website for orders shipped direct from China and no support if there were problems. The kilt was shipped in good time and was great quality and a great fit. Checking reports on Trust Pilot and checking the address where a company is registered quickly identifies those that are taking orders to pass them through to China with no quality check, such as a terrace house with no warehouse space or a website which still has "insert name here" in their auto generated "about" page. So I was really happy to find Tartanista who know their product, did what they advertised and delivered a great product as promised. Many thanks and I'll be back in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. The quality of the products I received was shockingly poor and absolutely not fit for purpose. On top of that, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful when I raised concerns about my refund. Despite returning the items, they refused to refund my shipping costs, citing an unreasonable explanation about delivery choices.

This company's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

Ordered a complete outfit for my husband on Sunday, arrived this afternoon (Tuesday).
The outfit is really well made. The shirt is really good quality, the belt and sporran looks fabulous. The kilt is all black, and is well made, (even the pleats are lightly stitched to hold their shape) fabric is a light wool so will be perfect for wearing at the pirate festivals he bought it for. It's going to look epic!

I have had orders come from 400 miles away that took far longer to get here than this one from the UK about 4000 miles. Besides the speed, the kilt socks I got (2 pair) are absolutely perfect both in color and fit,something some other companies could note.

A fantastic purchase from start to finish. The quality of the quilt is outstanding and the colour and length is perfect. I am 6ft tall and went for the 20 inch length and it is spot on. The pleats require a little iron from being posted but this is normal. I will be purchasing from you again!
