sadly, this company's website is down, but they are still charging my account for services and doubled the amount charged. I dont know if i'll receive the wine or not and nobody from the company is responding to my emails. my next effort will be public shaming on social media, but i'm not even confident that will work.
I'm furious. Do not support this company. Do not gift from this company. I received a 1-month subscription as a gift (a terrible redemption experience by the way), and they make you ENTER IN CREDIT CARD INFORMATION - then they auto-set up your account and charge you for the next month. I don't even have an account to log into and cancel this. Tricking your "customers" into renewing is not a sustainable business model.
Please be careful with this company. They are not a client-oriented company. I ordered a trial package from them. I didn't like a single drop from that package. I submitted feedback. Nobody reached out to me. However, they charged my card and send me next shipment, not even asking do I want it or not.
2021 edit: their website has been non-functional for about one year now. Ordering is a pain in the neck. It's really too bad, since their wines are generally excellent at a correct price point.
