My overall experience was very good and I will do business with Tastylid again. However, there was confusion on expected delivery time, UPS tracking and Tastylid email response to my delivery inquiry.
I bought the 3 pack of LSU plants hoping this website would work out. 1st the shipping was amazing; received within 2 days of ordering, 2nd absolutely think the artificial plants look great. In fact I liked them so much that I bought a duplicate order to give as gifts and this order also arrived within 2 days of the order.
When I received the pot I ordered, the lid didn’t fit tightly. I notified Tastylid through online chat and they sent a replacement and sent me a return shipping label for the first pot. The lid for the second pot didn’t fit any better so I was just going to forget it. They went ahead and contacted the company and had them hand pick a replacement making sure the lid fit tightly and sent it to me, without me even knowing it! Their customer service was amazing! Thanks to David, i now have a pot and a lid that fits tightly! Great company, will definitely buy from them again when the need arises!

Hi D.B, we reached out to you by email and phone, you confirmed you hadn't originally reached out to customer service even though there are multiple ways to do so on our website, we offered you a free return & replacement, bought you a return shipping label and sent it to you, liaised with the manufacturer in order that they would personally pick out one that was to your liking but we didn't receive any reply and the label hasn't been used, so we assume you are happy with your product :)
Haven't had a chance to use it yet but the pot is kind of warped at the top of it does not seal tight.
