I've made multiple purchases through Tata cliq in past few days... And apparently to limit of my disappointment I have almost every time received the product that were quality compromised or a result of faulty manufacturing.... As if this app was designed to sell the compromised product... To add to the misery, everytime I have tried to return the product or reorder them, I've been charged a convenience fee.. I've been made to pay for the mistakes and misappropriation of the incompetence of Tata cliq..
What's even worse is that they tag a name to themselves which in itself has a reputation of its own.
I'm severely disappointed...

This brand is a nightmare. It’s not the Tata that once commanded respect. Third class customer service and worse harassment! I placed an order for baby products on Oct 22. It’s Nov 8, baby has already arrived but not the products. Over and above that these guys have the temerity to claim missed delivery on a daily basis despite me begging for them to deliver everyday and providing multiple alternative numbers. When I asked to speak to a manager they said no one is ready to speak right now. Yes! This is what they said verbatim. Not to mention the arrogance of anyone that comes on the phone. Truly regret placing my order. You are better off going to a physical store, these frauds are riding on the coattails of their former glory. And they claim mine is rarest of the rare cases. A simple search online proves what an idiot I’ve been placing orders on Tata CliQ. Please stay away!

I am extremely disappointed with the service of TATA Click Luxury. I just made my purchase seeing Tata’s name. But their online delivery service is below average. Their call center executives are just repeating same stuff as parots. No resolution of problem. I would never ever recommend this website to anyone and deleting the app.

Worst product Service from tata cliq
I ordered my clothes for diwali was to be delivered on 15 october and didn't received on 25th Spoiled my whole festi mood. Customer care also not resolved the issue

I ordered Nike Men’s Downshifter 13 Blue Running Shoes (size 8) from Tata CLiQ, sold by Sri Sai Enterprises (Jharkhand). After repeated delivery issues and false “attempted delivery” updates, I finally received the parcel — only to find used, dirty, and foul-smelling shoes inside.

The box even said “100% Protected – This has no impact on authenticity,” yet the product was clearly fake or mishandled. I spent weeks waiting and ₹3,485 on what was supposed to be a genuine Nike product.

I am demanding a full refund, replacement with the correct Nike Downshifter 13 (size 8), and compensation for the distress and time wasted. Extremely disappointed with Tata CLiQ’s seller vetting and delivery quality control.

Fraud website with fraud sellers. Sellers sending empty boxes of the product being ordered. Never trust this website. It should be banned from operating in e-commerce industry.

Horrifying experience. Didn't expect this from a Tata Enterprise. Pathetic customer service. Even Tata cliq executives lie through their teeth. And they are very cool about their cheating business. Very arrogant attitude.

I have purchased COROS PACE 3 watch on 2nd October 2025, the order was cancelled by Tata Cliq on 7th October 2025, though delivery date was given as 6th October 2025. I purchased the watch using TATA cliq Vouchers, which i purchased just to buy watch, as it was offering discount. I requested TATA cliq to refund the amount to my credit card, so that i am not forced to use vouchers for fault of TATA Cliq, or deliver me the clock. After raising complaint with Customer Service Management, only false promises, with no committment to solve are being done. Even the complaints to CEO are un heard off. I will recommend not to buy any item from TATA Cliq, its customer service is worst and this company is shame on TATA Groups reputation I request management of TATA Sons to take note of it and take action against the TATA Cliq Management

As per the policy there was 7 days return or exchange. But after the order delivered, they disable the customer account so that we can't apply any return or exchange.

absolutely disgusting....they sent me a partial product and when I complained i received an email stating that seller has informed that product was sent after thorough check....they are spoiling the name of poor Tata

Big Cheater company, stealing money from innocent customers and then not sending them goods Income Tax Department must raid them

I order a addidas shoes on 5 august and i got empty box delivered from Tata cliq fashion. And i complain in customer support nothing help from their side. And not refund my money. Even i send all the photos and videos of parcel. This is totally fraud. Tata cliq fashion is fraud , i recommend public to not shop in tata cliq.

This stata cliq shouldn't even get 1 star. Horrible service. I have ordered two track pants which they assigned to a wrong number. Delhivery couldn't delivered because they couldn't reach out to me. Even I went to the hub to collect my parcel still was not able to collect as I was unable to receive otp. I tried customer care 4 times to update my number but they couldn't. This is the worst shopping platform I have ever used.

I have ordered a product from TATA CliQ and it got delayed one week and not sure when it will be delivered, very worst delivery service. i Will never purchase from this site.

Hello, I have raised complaints multiple times from 30th of August. The beg which I purchased and decided to return got collected by courier ,but refund has not been initiated. Help line asking me to provide them details of courier company which I don’t have ,he called me on my phone number (and that’s what I only have!) ,courier picked that bag at 30th of August ,and today is 4th of September and didn’t get any resolution, no refund ,no responsibility from service to sort the situation! First time in my life trust turns towards me being losing the money …No bag! No money! No help!

I had a very bad experience with Tata Cliq. I ordered a costly watch expecting a premium product, but what I received was extremely disappointing. The invoice provided was wrong, the product looked second-hand, and not brand new as promised.

When I tried to reach customer care, there was absolutely no proper support. Instead of resolving my issue, I was left helpless. This is not the level of service I expected from Tata Cliq, especially for such a high-value purchase.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering expensive items from Tata Cliq, as their after-sales support is extremely poor and unhelpful

Used product/ previously returned product was shipped when ordered from this website

Very very poor service last day they give me 16 Aug and now is 19 Aug no order delivered ,no support they give date & date every day & there customer care no is all time busy

I placed the order with suit for INR 2800 (Order ID - 138092002),. this was a non-returnable item. how can an outer garment be non-retrnable.
The product had no tags on it, it was washed and ironed, dupatta had hand sized white stains on it, clearly mentioned in the pics, threads of dupatta were all coming out. I raised a request for the return but they closed the complaint while stating that -according to our investigation product can not be returned as it is a non-returnable product. My INR 2800 gone waste. I cud hav bought something better from other e-com sellers. Smaller businesses are doing better customer Service. I wudnt reccomand TATA CLIQ.
