tata good name tata to your hard earned cash . i bought the white voile dress with green underlay received something that would not sell in a charity shop took it up with them was given various options like keep and give it to a friend with 30 percent off . or send it back but pay the postage and the postage to me . blah blah . took it up with paypal had to esculate it and speak to paypal direct who offered to pay the postage back so im now waiting for the full refund . sent tracked no doubt it will never be recieved . its is now paypals baby .i asked paypal why do you deal with such companies no answer . im raging. wish id not got sucked in i dont usually not sure where my brain cells were but do recall thinking well paypal deal with them so they should be kosher --dream on . . still advertising same dress never offered to send the right one says it all really clever clowns.

Like most of the reviews here my experience is negative and I wish too that I hadn’t been taken in. Something needs to be done about them stealing other, good designers’s photos and sending out rubbish. There should be some comeback for us.

This is a scam company from China. Don't believe any of the positive reviews....Like other negative reviewers, we all got screwed.
The FTC should arrest this company

Ordered 2 items first was a linen long shirt and trousers set in white and a dress in cream and black - what arrived was completely disgusting a polyester long shirt horrible to touch and cannot wear due to health problems which is why purchased the linen dress was nothing like the dress I ordered it was way to small and just nothing like what was ordered just disgusting service and riping people off and their hard earned money

This website is a scam, do not buy from here!

I bought a few things, they arrived looking nothing like the website so I paid £30 to return them to China for them to stay in customs. They said they were not responsible for returning until they have received them back so now I am left £150 out of pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I bought this clothing for a trip. The logistics are fast, it looks great when worn, and the quality is also good.

The clothes are very special, they are not easy to collide when worn, and the logistics speed is fast. When inquiring about the order status, customer service is also very patient.

The customer service are always super attentive and helpful, patient and kind. I had an amazing experience and recommend this website to everyone!

This pink dress looks very gentle on me. The fabric feels very comfortable to the touch, with good drape, good quality, and affordable price, which is amazing

I bought a magenta dress described as being 20% cotton and 80% linen - the garment I got is horrible. 100%viscose , not even the same style - you couldn't recognise it as the same dress. This is a scam and a rip off as the refund policy says you have to send back to china within 14days and there is no guarentee you will get your money back

I ordered 2 dresses described as cotton linen blend. They arrived a cheap polyester and the stitching was horrible and images nothing like advertised. Very disappointed.

The style is very classic and won't go out of style.

If you see the phrase ‘I have selected these dresses from young designer Benedetta Rossi’ it is a lie! She recreates dresses from leftover material from her shows. There would never have been enough supply to support orders.

If the Chinese clothing companies are trying to have happy customers, it’s not working! This is the second Chinese company I have had the same problem with.

Never buying from China again!

I always do shopping in the store Tatadress. They are reliable and attentive.

I ordered 5 items from Tatadress in June and wish I had checked them out before the purchase instead of when it was too late, but I trusted that Pinterest (where I saw their ad) and PayPal (the method I used for payment) wouldn't support a scam. When I purchased from Tatadress they had 0 reviews on their website and as I hadn't heard of them I thought it was a new company. From checkout, when the "Free shipping over $75 purchase" wasn't available and the only option was $15 expedited shipping, to my subsequent receipt of items that bore no resemblance in size, color or cut to pictured items, this has been a negative experience. Though the return policy on Tatadress' website indicated that a full refund would be provided if unsatisfied, no return, billing or any other info was provided in the order I received. I emailed them using the one email I had received when items were shipped. The emailed return policy had numerous expectations and also incl an additional FYI. This info stated that return shipping would be very expensive and that items were often lost in return. (!) No refund would be made until the items were received so therefore they were offering me a 20% refund and stated I could just keep everything if that was agreeable. Now I am trying to deal with PayPal not only to get a refund but mostly because both PayPal and Pinterest (where I saw the ad for Tatadress) are supposed to be trustworthy. Why are they still supporting this company? Now I look up Tatadress and see that I am far from alone in having nothing but problems with them and am writing this hoping that others can avoid my experience.

BUYER BEWARE: This is a complete RIP OFF OF MAGNOLIA PEARL clothing. DO NOT BUY IT. MP Clothes go for hundreds, not $30-50.

This company is a scam. Ordered a linen dress, it turned out to be a polyester rag. not hemmed,a hole in the arm pit. a different colour to the one shown. Absolute RUBBISH.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Totally fraudulent rip off of real designers.
I'm asking them for 100% return on my money and that I will only return the garment if the send a pre paid envelope since the fault lies entirely with them
