I booked a Cappadocia tour in June and planned according to flights from London to Istanbul Airport just because of that tour! I'm from Istanbul, so I speak Turkish. I explained that one of my British friends and I would fly to Istanbul to join the tour, etc. I called them three times before the tour to make sure that everything was going okay, and they reassured me that everything was OK! Till it was not OK! They emailed me three days before the tour and said that they cancelled! They didn't give a reason and offered me another tour, which involved a 10-hour drive!
Arriving in Istanbul at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday night due to the late cancellation was not just an inconvenience, but a disappointment. This experience has left me with a strong recommendation against using this website, given the late cancellation and the disrespectful customer service we encountered.
