This is by far the worst program. Errors Galore. The savings in cost....does not in any way outweigh the expense of the time spent on the program. If you are a seasoned professional....run away....if you have never done a tax return...this may work for you.

A very good program with plenty of features. Good program for the price, very helpful and professional support. It could use a few more forms but has it has gotten better over the 5 years I used it and will continue to use the program.

Great price for an easy to use software, I have used TaxAct Professional for 10 plus years and it is a great, user friendly software. Normally customer support is on top of things but this year I struggled to get my business state software released until the 2nd week in Feb which put me behind but this is the first year I have had this issue. I still highly recommend using TA Professional!

I have used TaxAct Professional since tax year 2013. It has consistently provided an easy to use interface / entry screens, and a clean client package at the end. It's priced in a way that makes it affordable for small and mid-sized practices.

From the sales people through support all my years of experience with TaxAct Pro have been positive.
When they were bought by Drake, I thought I should just beat the rush and switch, good golly was I wrong. Went back to TaxAct and I’m very happy I did!
I even worked as a TaxAct Xpert for some years and learned a lot, it’s a great way to get exposure to a lot of tax situations.

I've been using TaxAct for years. The software is great but this year customer service wasn't. My only suggestion is that a feature be added that the documents can be uploaded and automatically populate to documents and other forms accordingly. I find the software much more user friendly that other software but the service this year wasn't up to par.

TaxAct provides live person phone-in support when I need it. As a tax professional for 47 years, there are still sticky, complex situations encountered and I appreciate another professional perspective, especially since I’m a sole practitioner.
