TaxAct is one of the most reliable and user-friendly ones I have ever used. I recommend it to anyone who needs it.

I have used at least seven different tax software programs and TaxAct by far exceeds my expectations. It offers everything you need to retain and satisfy your customers and makes my job even easier. It has built in features for client data, prior year comparisons, efile status reports, e-signature options, and many more. It offers forms mode and Q&A mode to suit your style and the price is unbeatable!

This software, while less expensive, is far inferior to my previous software. I found so many errors in the package, and was stuck using it as I had already paid for it. I would not recommend this to anyone who has been in the tax business for a number of years...It may be fine for a novice...but too many questions to answer for someone who knows what they are doing.

Tax act program is easy to use. It provides excellent support.

I’ve been using tax tax professional since 2015 the ease of use customer support and newly added features have made it a great partner for us. We are a small firm with 900 customers to prepare so this really work for us. Additionally, I have never ever had any kind of issues perhaps a minor technical but so few and far between that I can’t even think of one right now. Taxact reliable and secure easy to use for anyone no matter what size firm.

I’ve used TA Pro for years now and it just keeps getting better. The software is easy enough to use that I can help train folks who are interested in becoming tax preparers.
I also use it for tax planning, which has really help my clients plan over the years. In its current form, it takes some effort, but the results are dead on.

I have been using the software for several years and it has been a great experience. Rarely have to contact support due to ease of use!

My tax season varies each year, the pay per return option works well. Providing all the forms individual and business that I need for all the states that I cover without the large initial investment. Support has always been fast and helpful.

TaxAct professional tax preparation software is user friendly and the few occasions I needed to contact their support group, the experience was timely and professional.

A very good program with plenty of features. Good program for the price, very helpful and professional support. It could use a few more forms but has it has gotten better over the 5 years I used it and will continue to use the program.

Great price for an easy to use software, I have used TaxAct Professional for 10 plus years and it is a great, user friendly software. Normally customer support is on top of things but this year I struggled to get my business state software released until the 2nd week in Feb which put me behind but this is the first year I have had this issue. I still highly recommend using TA Professional!

I have used TaxAct Professional since tax year 2013. It has consistently provided an easy to use interface / entry screens, and a clean client package at the end. It's priced in a way that makes it affordable for small and mid-sized practices.

I have been with Taxact Professional for over 10 years and love it.

I've been using TaxAct for years. The software is great but this year customer service wasn't. My only suggestion is that a feature be added that the documents can be uploaded and automatically populate to documents and other forms accordingly. I find the software much more user friendly that other software but the service this year wasn't up to par.

TaxAct provides live person phone-in support when I need it. As a tax professional for 47 years, there are still sticky, complex situations encountered and I appreciate another professional perspective, especially since I’m a sole practitioner.
