Unreliable
I made a booking in June, agreed a price for a transfer in January 2024.
In December I emailed SIX times to make sure everything was still good with the booking, no repsonse.
Made telephone contact, I was then told to email! I emailed 3 more times, no response.
Flight was now one week away, I enlisted the help of my hotel who rang them, confirmation received that all wea in order.
Later that day I received an email asking ME to confirm my taxi and that the price had increased 60 euros due to roadworks.
When I queried that we had an agreement on proce already I was told there was no taxi as they were too busy and I had not accepted his offer! 3 days prior to departure. Further emaails were quite rude.
NEVER in my 25 years travelling to Austria have I received such disgraceful service.This company had obviously not made my booking in the first place. Rude, uncaring.
PS: I got a great taxi company that served us well when in resort, and there were NO roadworks as claimed by Taxi.AV. My transfers wenet well with no delays with the new taxi company.
Do not use this company if you need to book in advance.
