I trusted taylor rose with the sale of my late mothers house,and what a mistake.They never call you back if you have any queries or in my case date of completion,the conveyancer never answers the call so I phoned there head office and they also get no response, head office will call me back later with an update when they can contact the conveyancer, instead I get an email saying they will not complete my case as she cannot or does not have the time to contact me.I phone there head office and I am advised when I eventually get a call back from them the next day that they no longer want to complete the conveyancing and I should get another solicitor, they will return or pass to a new legal team my files,I will most likely now loose my sale and have to remarket the property.And all because I asked for an update.

At the outset of the marketing and sale process of my property, Bonita answered my questions and together with Charley and Shana explained the process. Shana liaised with me on a regular, almost daily process throughout the marketing and sale.

Appropriate forms and information were forwarded to me and my questions readily answered.

I am leaving this review based entirely on my own experience of dealing with this firm in family court proceedings.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely stressful and I felt that the way matters were handled added considerably to an already difficult situation.

I experienced correspondence being sent with very short deadlines, including at times when I was representing myself. I found some of the deadlines difficult to meet and felt that there was little consideration given to the practical difficulties this created.

I also had concerns about the way certain documents and statements were dealt with during the proceedings. There were occasions where I did not agree with the way matters were presented or with the approach taken to court directions and procedural requirements. I raised my concerns at the time and did not feel that they were adequately addressed.

I also found some of the correspondence unnecessarily personal and confrontational. In my experience, the communication sometimes felt more adversarial than I felt was necessary, which made an already stressful family court case considerably more difficult.

I have subsequently raised concerns about aspects of my experience through the appropriate regulatory process. I appreciate that there are two sides to every legal dispute and this review is not intended to suggest that my experience represents everybody’s experience of the firm.

However, based on my own experience, I would not choose to use this firm myself and I would encourage anyone considering instructing them to make sure they are comfortable with the firm’s approach to communication, deadlines and the conduct of their case before proceeding.

Manjit and Jill were extremely helpful, professional and efficient when overseeing my lease extension. This was my second good experience using Taylor Rose. They're a great firm!

our experience with Taylor rose was not a pleasant one !
1. i found it very difficult to have a convocation if i was lucky i would get one email back at the end of the day witch made it difficult and dragged out.
2. the time the process tock to complete felt extended due to lack of time allow for our case.
3. we got caught in the middle of a "new system" files got lost and we had to reup load multiple times witch was very frustrating.
4. we had issues with the portal uploading documents.
5. towards the end of our case i going between taylor rose and the sellers estate agent chasing reply's and at times i was doing there job for them .
6. this is the one that annoyed me the most the lying !
i was told on more than one occasion "we are still waiting for reply's" so i called there estate agent to check and every think had been answered and this wasn't the first time i caught them out.

yes we did finally complete in the end but it was not a nice stress free experience i would not recommend
