Unprofessional sales

The sales guy was very lazy to do a 2 min video tour for the car that I already put a deposit on to buy, I told him that I will be coming on public transportation because I don't have a car, and it is important to me to have some confidence through a video. He refer me to the website that he claim it has a video that only a slide shows of the photos. He told me if you don't want we will refund you and we already have other customers ready to buy the car. Every small and big dealer in the country was happy to offer a video for the car except this dealer. I imagine if they don't have time to shoot a 2 min video, how it will when I call them to claim warranty of fixing issues.
