The car connoisseurs

I originally left positive feedback for The Car Connoisseurs, but since then certain issues have occurred.
I purchased the vehicle on 18th June, for full retail money, we agreed £500 off the screen price as both front tyres were completely illegal, plus 2 x front alloys were badly kerbed even though the advert described all wheels as mint. I agreed this as I had travelled over 100 miles.
I drove the vehicle home on the 18th June, and went overseas to work on the 23rd, the vehicle stayed with a local detailer to have the wheels refurbished, plus 2 x front tyres replaced, then a ceramic coat applied.
My detailer messaged me whilst I was away working to inform me the wheels had been refurbished before and doing them again would lose a lot more of the edge, I informed The Car Connoisseurs, who wasn’t interested.
Since arriving home 5 weeks later, I drove the vehicle for 1 day and I have a service “A” needed message appear, I have this booked into my local dealer at a cost of £376,
I have asked The Car Connoisseurs for a good will gesture, towards the cost of this service, as no one expects to have to pay for an unexpected service within 200 miles of purchasing a full retail priced vehicle.
He has refused to help me with a good will gesture towards the cost of this service, so please be aware when dealing with The Car Connoisseurs, they will tell you one thing but do another, I feel like I’ve been cheated, as I wasn’t informed about a service needed within 6 weeks.
