Me and my fiancé visited and met the lovely Mya who showed us around. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience when buying our new cars, and a huge part of that is down to Mya.

My fiancé and I were both looking to purchase new cars, and Mya went above and beyond to help us through the whole process. She was incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision.

Herself and Dan also stayed after hours to help us get our cars sorted for collection. Great experience and 5* customer service and professionalism at this branch.

Excellent follow up to a casual enquiry as to car availability. Fitted all my requirements and deal done within about a week or 10days.

Reece has a relaxed approachable manner which made the whole experience stress free and trustworthy.
Our experience in the dealership was one of a good atmosphere with friendly staff all willing to help each other. One of the other sales staff even collected us from the station.
Car was well prepared and has been faultless since collection.
Paperwork process was pain free, from finance to final handover. I also received a follow up call confirming my satisfaction.
My concerns over buying from a distance were not necessary as Reece described the car accurately. Just good service I would not hesitate to recommend.

Simon was very knowledgeable about the motor we were buying. All our questions were answered. He offered to connect our phones and talk us through all the functions. Showed us all the features on the car.

Easy trouble free transaction. Tom was very helpful and took the time to explain the controls and helped set up the technology needed to understand and drive our new car. Part exchange straightforward and also problem free. Although we don’t intend changing the explorer for many years we would definitely recommend using TC Harrison to anyone looking for a new/used car.

The staff at TCHarrison were lovely, honestly I couldn't find fault with any one I spoke to during my visits there. No sales pressure, and very accommodating. However the car buying experience itself was a little chaotic and has left me a little bewildered.

The initial purchase was fine, all explained and guided through well enough, but upon collecting the car this is where I saw some issues. The sales person I was with had another customer turn up for them, so he had to deal with that person whilst I was going through my collection procedures (tax, insurance, payments etc), so it all took a lot longer than it should have. I had plenty of time so just shrugged it off.

The sales person had to keep popping into a back office to speak with management to get things signed off and agreed, and later a senior sales person had to come out and run through what id describe as an audit of the process with me? Never had anything like this before, just felt unnecessary, though he was a nice guy too.

Before I was taken to the car the original sales person came out of the office and asked a very strange question, which I'm led to believe he was prompted to by management. The question was where did you get the funds from to pay the deposit? I paid about 60% of the car through a deposit and this question was not on any form that I saw, it was asked verbally and he then disappeared back into the office to relay my answer I assume. I found this quite jarring.

So onto the car handover, the process was fine, shown around it and how things work, and the outside was immaculate. However the inside was far from clean which I stated immediately. It was agreed I'd bring it back for a valet in a week or so. I left with the car and had no issues with it.

When I brought it back for the valet I pointed out what was needed and left it with them for neatly 2 hours. When i got it back it looked clean initially but the windows internally were covered in streaks, I mean quite severely. It was only visible when the sun hit the windows, but I'd expect a better job. I had to redo them when I got home. The rest of the car was done very well.

The final issue was that my unused EV charging cable (mine is tethered at home) which was in the boot, was no longer in the car when I got home. Genuine mistake no doubt, removed to clean the car and they forgot to put it back, it happens I guess, but it just added to the whole odd and somewhat chaotic experience.
