Disappointed that we paid for next day delivery (needed shoes for a party) but only received parcel 2 days later. Not clear how to contact TDF to ask for reimbursement of postage payment.

Delivery took too long
It took over a week for my son's cap to arrive. This in my opinion took far too long. In the meantime, my other son ordered some jeans from another supplier. He ordered, had them delivered, returned as too big and ordered an alternative which was delivered all before TDK delivered a cap - ridiculous, they took my money very quickly !!!

Good offers on clothing
I bought a few pairs of jeans (great sale), we returned 2 pairs out of the 4 jeans only cos they didn't fit properly. I thought the p&p was quite expensive, considering I had to pay over £6 to return 2 of the items back to store. But was refunded the next day.

AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER I HAD USED A £5 OFF CODE THAT YOU HAD GIVEN ME SO I NEEDED TO KNOW IF I ORDERED ANOTHER T SHIRT IN LARGER SIZE TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL, COULD I USE THIS CODE AGAIN AS THE FIRST ONE HAD BEEN WASTED THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN. I RANG YOUR TEL ON WEBSITE AND WAS TOLD THAT NO CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT WAS AVAILABLE, THE LADY TOOK ALL THE DETAILS AND SAID IT WOULD BE EMAILLED TO THEM AND I WOULD HAVE A TELEPHONE CALL OR EMAIL BACK YESTERDAY......I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!! ( I EVEN ASKED HER THAT DURING OUR LONG CONVERSATION HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BECOME AVAILABLE, SHE REPLIED NO - YOU MUST ME VERY BUSY THERE DETAILS WITH OTHER PEOPLES COMPLAINTS!!)

The wrong trousers/jeans and a security tag.
Easy ordering system and fast dispatch then it all when wrong. Gstar 3301 loose incorrectly labeled by mamanufacturer as very tight and tapered and to top it off shop security tag left on bottom of right leg of jeans. So I'm now in the process of returning jeans at cost to me!!!
