I rarely leave reviews, but Tech Prastish Software Solutions Pvt Ltd genuinely earned one.

I worked with their team on two website development projects. One project was built from the ground up, and the other was inherited from a previous developer who had not performed well and failed to deliver the expected results.

From the beginning, Jagdeep Singh and his team were organized, professional, and easy to work with. Payal was my primary contact throughout both projects and did an outstanding job coordinating the work, communicating progress, and ensuring that requested changes were completed accurately.

What stood out most was their responsiveness and accountability. Questions were answered promptly, updates were provided regularly, and they consistently followed through on commitments. Both projects were completed successfully, and the final websites looked significantly better than what I had originally expected.

In an industry where communication and follow-through can sometimes be challenging, Tech Prastish delivered both. I appreciate the effort, professionalism, and attention to detail they brought to the projects.

Honestly, I don’t think Anu and her team could have done a better job. I actually blocked off part of my day to make sure this review was accurate because they deserve all the praise I can give.

Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They made it clear that getting things right mattered to them, and they took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Tech Prastish software solutions didn't pay my Gratuity payment while or after relieving. So I submitted a request form in June 2023, more than a month after relieving but didn't receive my payment. So, to take my HAQ, I filed a case in Labour commissioner court, Mohali, and its under process. 31/01/2024 is the next hearing date.

Junior employees get a salary on the 7th of every month and seniors a week late or little more. I received all my salary a week or 2 weeks late, every month. Last salary, I received approx a month late.

If the CEO disrespects you in office meeting, the same day he comes to your house in the evening with 2 Management members to feel sorry for his behavior for the same. He should learn to speak before evaluation (pehla tolo fir bolo). He must realize that he is in the most senior position, but he behaves like an intern.

I have been working with TPSS for about 4 months now. We started on one project and since then, have worked on about 5-6 since. They're currently my go-to dev team for Shopify and other eCommerce development projects. They're organized, highly skilled in engineering, and so easy to work with. I'm VERY happy that I decided to work with them!

Tech Pratish is a company I have been working with for quite sometime, they are honest and they do amazing work. Tech Pratish brought our Idea to life, Communication from the jump was very effective. They understood exactly what we wanted and made it happen. All my conversations with Official TPSS are available via Upwork and Google Hangout. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a website built from scratch.

Prastish has done excellent work for our company united pillow manufacturing in FL USA. Corrected and created a lot of new code for several of our web sites using the cs cart platform. She was quick and the code has performed very well. I plan hire her again on our next project. Very easy to work with as well.

Before my company started working with Tech-Prastish, we had been very frustrated by our previous software development company because they had low quality developers.
It has really been a fantastic experience working with Tech-Prastish because they have top notch developers, they communicate very well and they always update us daily about the progress of our project.
I have personally worked with Aditi (one of their Project managers) on several projects and the end product is usually beyond what I even expected. They fix software bugs and change things you don't like very quickly until you as the client is completely satisfied.
Their prices are also affordable compared to other software development companies who will charge you more for lower quality work.
Their Manager Sukhvinder is also very kind.
We intend to continue working with Tech-Prastish on many other projects because they are fantastic.
