I was concerned when I read the negative reviews but am very happy with the roborock product. It is doing exactly as advertised and the delivery was prompt.

Do not use this Company!!

I ordered one thing and a substitute was put in its place without consulting me. When I contacted tech sales about this, including a photo as well as their email which said quite clearly that my original order had arrived safely, I heard zippo back. Not a hint of a response, apology, or any way of getting the substitute back and me getting my original order or a refund. Stay clear of Tech Sales

This company is a scam. They sent an old beat up obsolete computer that would not work on anything Lots of back-and-forth emails from a personal email account and at 3 am in morning. THank goodness my credit card company got involved, and I was refunded. YEAH, Capital one

At over £55.95 it does not even compare to market equivalents at £15. This compact blow heater is meant to be the mercedez in its range ("don't buy the copy cats",etc) with decent thermostat, air filtration and safety mechanisms. In reality it is a loud, super light plastic, badly documented, smelly, NON-thermostat controlled device with fake speed control.

I received my order finally and it was the worst most stupid piece of junk I ever seen in my life. This company has the most misleading false advertisment. I ordered Blaux desktop AC, What a joke shame on you for this product it is not even a fan barely you can feel the air, and you call this AC ??? No one should purchase any of their product.

I purchased 3 blaux wearable fan units for gifts, only one charged up and have been told is working great. I contacted customer service from two phone numbers provided by previous reviews. The first agent wanted me to go on my computer so he could provide me a return label. I asked him to just use my email address and I could print it out. He said he couldn't. I have had these requests before and they want to take over your computer. I phoned the second number and the agent said he would send 2 replacements and I didn't have to send the other non charging units back. He verified there would be no charge. We will see. As if now the agent was pleasant and I hope I don't have to revise this review to be negative.

I ordered 3 Blaux AC units. They did not include the adapters. I have tried to reach this company by phone and e-mail-- no response. I believe I have been scammed. Do not buy this product - it is a piece of junk and not even worth the price of returning , if the address on the shipping box is correct. Guess I am just out the money for the "junk" and the shipping cost.

They are falsely advertising a product and shipping you a bad knockoff and try to say it's an upgrade of the one they were advertising. You will not get the filter of the product that was advertised. The filter they send is something to laugh at, let alone the whole unit is a joke!!

Ordered two of the Blaux portable ac and they did not send the adapter's. I can't say whether or not I like them because I can't make them work without the adapter. But after going on to this site, I believe I have been scammed like all the other people. Piece of junk

I was impressed by the on-line advertisement of the Blaux AC F832, that I bought it.
Took a while to get, but after reading the sparse directions, soaking the water curtains, charging it fully, it didn't cool the air as claimed.
I added the ice cubes for maximum cooling per the directions.
Joke.
I charged the unit 24 hrs and had it connected to the wall via USB.
No cooler. I read the temperature with a digital thermometer: 2 degrees cooler than ambient temp.
I let it run on the "battery" and just over 2 hours later it was dead.
This unit was advertised as having the same technology as the space station and electric vehicles.
Sure. You bet.
I contacted my debit card company to have them issue me a new card to avoid some of the experiences of others reporting here.
Don't want Think Tech sending me more of their junk and charging my card.
I would suggest the same to anyone who has ordered in the past.
I'm not even going to attempt to send it back and incur more costs.
Sell at a garage sale!

June 13, 2021 I just received a shipping from Tech Sales: 3 portable neck fans for the heat of summer! You wear them around your neck, needless to say. I never ordered these. I. NEVER. ORDERED. THESE. Now am I going to get billed for them???!!! There is no order slip inside the package, nothing to indicate why in godsname they are sending me these 3 items.

I ordered the Neck Relax on December 5, 2020. Weeks later when it finally arrived it didn't work so I contacted the company. On Feb. 10, 2021 they said they would send me a new one and created new order number. I waited and waited but it never arrived. Now I have tried to contact them again to let them know but the phone appears to have been disconnected. I tried to file a dispute with credit card company but they say it has been too long. I had also ordered gel pads to go along with the Neck Relax but since the Neck Relax doesn't work I am also out the money for the gel pads. I do not recommend doing business with this company and wonder if they are even still in business.

Think Tech Sales are shyster group. I purchased 4 WiFi Boosters that didn't perform as advertised. In turn I returned 3 & NEVER received my credit. They claimed they never received package. I submitted to them & PayPal the proof of return with no resolution. Furthermore I've decided to take them to small claims court & continue to elaborate when & where I can to expose Think Tech & the very poor support I received from PayPal. PayPal in on deck.

This company stinks. I bought some thing that was junk from the company and returned it and they received it and have not credited my account. I am speaking with the fraud department with my credit card. They are liars and scammers.

This company is a scam. Husband ordered a watch (they sent him 3 and charged us for 4). After dealing with rude behavior from telephone assistance we sent all three watches back in August...they received the watches as was verified by tracking...we have not been reimbursed. Do not do business with this company!!

Place a ordered does not work! Tried to contact someone no one answers. Try to email no response. Waste of money and time. Very disappointed!
