First class service from initial contact to installation and customer service. I was a little unsure moving to a relatively new business but Wyn put me at ease with his knowledge and recommendations. He understood our needs and put a proposal together which covered all our needs. Two guys came out for the delivery and install, it was fast and efficient ensuring all devices could communicate with the printer so no work for me.
TechJ have been amazing! I wasn't quite sure on which printer would be best for my business. They took the time to go through options which suited me best! Great customer service 👏 👌:)

Great service & communication, customer satisfaction always a priority
TechJ helped us fit out our new print room with a range of A3 and A4 printers, and we’ve been very impressed with the whole experience.
From the outset, there was absolutely no hard sell. They listened to what we actually needed, offered us great prices and genuinely seemed to be working in our best interests rather than simply trying to sell us more equipment.
What really sold us on TechJ, though, was the service. Since everything was commissioned, they’ve kept in regular contact to make sure everything is running as it should, and we’ve even had a couple of site visits just to check that everything was going well.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that seems as interested in looking after you after the sale as they are in winning your business in the first place. Excellent service and a company we’d happily recommend.
