Worst ever customer experience
I would give a minus 10 stars if I could. I left my Stihl chainsaw (MS180, costs 315EUR new) for maintenance. The lady at the desk told me that maintenance would cost 103EUR. Two weeks later I called since I've heard nothing from them and the guy at the phone told me it would cost me in total 300EUR because they need to change the carburetor. A carburetor costs 14 EUR. How can I pay 300EUR for a repair, when new, the chainsaw costs 315EUR. It is insane. I told them I'll take it back. When I went to the shop the lady at the desk told me first that the repair costs 264EUR then 280EUR. I've had the bad feeling I'm being scammed. She also told me that if I want to get it back I need to pay 50EUR because they've diagnosed it. I paid and get my Stihl in pieces, all taken apart, not as I gave it to them in one piece. I would advise anyone to stay away of this firm. They only want your money and their service is crap. All in all it was a real bad experience. I would stay away from Technigarden
