Satnan from technxtdoor.com.au IS THE WORST

Satnam from technxtdoor . com . au is without exaggeration the absolute worst person in business I have dealt with in my 20 years of being in business.

He constantly did not answer my messages and I had to call him several times almost evertime I needed to talk to him.
On many occasions he would make a time to get online technical work done for me and simply not show up....when I would text to ask what is happening he would say " let make it such and such a time"...and again NOT SHOW UP! This constant missing appointments WITH NO APOLOGIE was frequent, but I put up with it because:
1) He was quite good at his work
2) When a tech person has had access and understanding of your computer and protocols, i'ts not easy to change...but the final let down has led me to write this review.

The final straw was my phone with all its business contacts, business information and family photos just died one day without warning, so I sent it to Satnam as he said that if it was at all possible he would be able to retrieve all the information. I also sent him a micro SD card with family photos of our trip to Bali as he said that he could transfer them to Digital for us.

After waiting 4 weeks I started to "try" to contact him which is always difficult, and when he replied he said sorry it's too far gone and he cant fix it...so I said OK send me back my phone with the SD card photos. Simple you would think right? NO
First I had to pay $165 for his efforts...which I did...then the chasing started ..I sent him numerous text asking to send the phone and SD card back and every time it was : "Yes in a couple of days / Yes will do it straight away / Yes Definetly tomorrow and finally "Yes I've posted it" ...which was an outright LIE...this went on for over a MONTH!..so my last contact was a call ( answering machine of course ) where I had to swear at him and threaten him with a letter form my solicitor if he didn't return it before the end of the week...Magically it appeared within 3 days ...with a BILL FOR $17 FOR POSTAGE!!! But it stiill was not over because my phone DIDNT LOOK LIKE IT HAD EVEN BEEN OPENED...HAD IT? I dont know BUT the SD card came back NOT CONVERTED OR EVEN TAKEN OUT OF IT'S ORIGINAL VACUUME SEALED PACK!!! This man is the total liar. AVOID !!!!!
