I have recently completed Workday HCM certification through this institute. And I would not recommend anyone to join this course through this institute. They make all fake promises before joining the course that they would give tenant access for 6months and they have hardly given it only till the training is finished, that's for 2 months. Full training is also unfinished because of the tenant
they also promised for placement support- they send some jobs and you will never hear back from them after sending your profile. This certification doesn't hold much value for money you paid.I will never recommend joining here.

Be aware Bhavesh who is one of the founder he is the worst person i have ever seen. he is doing business on fake good reviews

⚠️ STRONG WARNING — MY EXPERIENCE WITH TECHPRATHAM WORKDAY TRAINING
Sharing this based on my personal experience with TechPratham’s Workday training. Please do proper due diligence before investing your hard-earned money.
I enrolled in two batches, expecting genuine hands-on Workday implementation training and reliable tenant access. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different.

The tenant/access did not work properly and, in my experience, was usable for barely 2 days. For Workday training, where hands-on practice is essential, this is a serious issue.

The training was also extremely disappointing. There was very little real-time implementation knowledge, troubleshooting exposure, or practical project experience. Much of the training felt like basic screen navigation — something anyone can learn from YouTube without paying substantial training fees.

I also found the trainer support and technical depth far below what I expected from a professional Workday training institute.

I have retained screenshots, communications, and other evidence related to my experience.

My strong advice: DO NOT PAY based only on marketing, placement promises, or attractive brochures. Verify the tenant yourself, speak to existing students, check the trainer's actual implementation experience, and confirm exactly what hands-on access you will receive.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend TechPratham for Workday training.

Please compare alternatives such as Trainers Squad and Zaran Tech and do your own verification before making a decision.
Workday implementation requires real hands-on exposure — not just navigation. Protect your hard-earned money.

Bhavesh is fraud Guy, he makes lots of fake promise about workday job support after the course.. Save your money. Based on my personal experience, I don't recommend this institute, especially for the Workday HCM course. Before enrolling, verify the trainer's Workday certification and LinkedIn profile. Don't rely on promises alone.
Also, don't pay more than ₹22,000 until you've verified everything.

The Workday Learning Management training was very average. They only covered basic setup like catalogs and enrollments but skipped advanced topics like external learning and compliance tracking. The trainer was not interactive and just kept talking without checking if students understood. Many sessions ended early and the missed content was never covered again.

I took my course on Workday from Tech Pratham this year and my overall experience was not good. Time and again I have faced issue for my tenant access which is not fixed as of now.

I will recommend everyone to look for better teaching platforms. There is not much practical approach in their workday teaching + almost no job assistance.

I took the Workday Integration course and honestly i was really disappointed. Most of the time we were just going through basic HCM stuff which i could have learned from youtube. The trainer didnt have proper knowledge about integrations and when i asked questions about EIB errors or web services he just said he will get back later but never did. We hardly did any hands on practice with real integration scenarios. The tenant they gave us also didnt have proper setup for integrations. If you actually want to learn Workday Integration this is not the right place. Waste of time and money.

I signed up for the Workday Studio course expecting focused, technical training on integrations, XSLT, custom reports, web services, and deployment. Instead, 80% of the course was a basic HCM functional overview with barely any Studio-specific content. The trainer was clearly from a functional background and couldn't answer even intermediate-level technical questions about Studio debugging or custom MBOs. The practice tenant didn't even have Studio properly enabled. For the price, this felt misleading they market a specialized integration course but deliver a generic HCM class. If you are serious about learning Workday Studio, look elsewhere.
