I am happy that System Mechanic is now working as I expected. The only problem I had was tuning my, no longer perfect, ears to the American accent. It might have been easier if the communication had been via the written word.

It took a while to make connection with an agent but once that was accomplished it went very quickly. Maricel was great and solved all my problems!

Rapid results today! We got my external speakers to work again. The issue was the jack plug vs. a usb connection. We had to use the "headphones" setting instead of the "speakers" setting.

The technician was courteous and professional. He had the technical knowledge to diagnose the problem and make the repair in a short period of time.

Even though I'm sure the techs were working on multiple computers at the same time, I could see prompt responses on my screen. It is so much more assuring to be able to see that something is being done.

I had never had a problem updating or renewing an on-line program until this latest version of a program that I have been subscribing to for many years. This very courteous Technician resolved my problem and in a very respectful way. Unfortunately, my being over 88 years old, I forgot the tech's name already but I do not forget his courteous and respectful attitude.
