Does anyone have an actual phone number? I ordered a shirt through advertising on Twitter by someone named “Cat’s Heaven” in April! It’s now August and no shirt! I constantly message them through Twitter and all I get is “be patient” or “hold on”. This is such a scam! I am furious! And stupid apparently! And I cannot find a phone number anywhere to call them!

If 0 stars was option, that's what I'd rate. Ordered tshirt July 16th, order got lost in shipping on July 26th. Now Aug. 12, I've tried contacting to cancel or have another sent out with NO RESPONSE at all. Called the phone number to only get told to go to website to resolve issue. Going in circles with no actual person to help. NEVER order from here. No customer service!

The shirt had a picture of a pocket with an Elephant on it but the picture was way down near my stomach and they said they couldn't fix it.
A year later I've tired to unsubscribe from their email 5 times and been on live chat 3 times to be removed and they simple can't or won't remove me.

SPAMMING MY E MAIL ADDRESS IS DAMNED ANNOYING.

I've ordered masks, hand sanitizers and gloves for $129 on 4/15/20.
They were promising to ship them within 18 hours. I am still waiting. I've sent them several emails requesting to cancel the order but they replied with the standard email about Corona virus. They are scammer and crooks.
I've filed a complaint with PayPal and I am expecting my money back.

No masks. Supposed to be here 2 weeks ago. I tried to contact to no avail. I then communicated to cancel order and give me a refund. Again no response. I have filed dispute with Visa and they are investigating. Do not do business with this company.

Ordered masks two months ago and still nothing. Site said ships in 18 hours and they were expensive. A rip off.

Shirt came one day later than expected delivery date but with everything going on with Covid-19, shirt fit and was what I was expecting. Will most likely order from teeanimals again.

I ordered 3 tshirts on 4/20. They still have not shipped. They have been printing since 4/24, I email and request to cancel my order for a refund. I am told I cannot get a refund because they are printing, I cannot speak to anyone on the phone. Wth ever. I am disputing this with my credit card company at this point. I ask questions and just get an computer like response. RUN!!!!! THIS WHOLE THING SCREAMS SCAM.

I ordered masks on 4.7.2020. Were supposed to receive on 4.23.2020. Emailed them 4.26.20 received response they were delayed. Emailed them again on 5.7.20 Now its 5.13.20 and no response to last email. STAY AWAY from this company. I emailed them today demanding a refund. I doubt I will ever hear from them again. I am reporting them to BBB.

UPDATE**

The shirt I love so much has been washed once and has faded so much! The little adorable patterns of the chickens is almost unseen. One wash! I paid more than a tank top is worth in my opinion but the design was so cute I felt the splurge was worth it so now I am very disappointed!

I love my chicken shirt "just a girl who loves peckers"! It's true to size, print quality good, and the little designs on the chickens are adorable. Happy customer!

ordered a t-shirt for my mother’s day gift. it’s the 8th and finally got an email from support stating it was printing. Website said it would be here by mothers day. They also stated a 10-15 day processing delay. It took a phone call that only directs you to the website, and several emails to find the working email for support.

Absolutely love my hippy van phone case. I have the pitties, now all I need is the van! The shipping was a bit slow; however, with all that’s happening, it’s totally understandable. I would definitely recommend this product.

Ordered masks on 04/20/2020 said would ship with in 18 hours sent email got a generated email with a bunch of bull email has reply area replayed no answer email three times no answer this is 04/30/2020 still no masks it is about time to turn in as a scam this is 05/05/2020still no masks

I ordered a portrait on 4-4-2020. I let them know on 4-22-2020 and they gave a me tracking that said the post office has not received my shipment. I filed a claim and still have not heard from them. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

I am very happy with the shirt and hoodie. They are just exactly what I ordered.

I have received my phone case a few days ago & I love it! It is thinner than expected but thats great because it doesn't make my phone bulky like the last one I had. I have ordered several items from Teeanimals and have been happy every time!
