Do not trust teeblox with your billing info
I first subscribed in November and was unable to get into my account so I sent an email to their CS email asking to cancel the subscription. I never received a reply. A couple days later I got into the account and decided to give it a chance despite the red flag of no response to my email. I received 2 orders I didn’t love so I went on the site to cancel the subscription. When clicking “manage subscription” the website goes to a “404 page not found” page and faq says to email them to cancel. So once again I emailed requesting to cancel. Now almost 2 weeks later I still have not received a response to my email and they once again charged me but my account shows no new order. Absolutely terrible customer service, I have contacted my bank to dispute and charge back and I am having to change my card to prevent further charges in the mean time.
Do not order from this company, the designs are bad, they sent the same poster both months and they will not respond and continue to take your money.
