I ordered and paid for two rocking horses but recived just one!!! thay don't answer on emails and phones!!! i lost money and time!!! I will never order again from Teeny Tots!

ordered goods for £80 pounds on 24th december as they promised goods will be dispatched for next day but these tossers next day never came until today 11/01/2012 since 24th dec i ringed emailed but no reply so i sugest every one should stay away from these tossers

We recieved a car seat from them in march of last year (so it is a true company) the car seat is now broken when i rang up before christmas to have it repaired Jordan from teeny tots said Maxi Cosi is shut over christmas and to ring back after the 4th Jan when they re-opened...however since the 4th jan ive been unable to contact them.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! I ordered a stroller 28th December 2011 and still have not received it.
The website states 17 in stock and next day despatch. I gave the company a few days grace as it was between Xmas and New Year but they have failed to answer any of my emails and the phone just rings and rings. The money left my account on 2nd Jan 2012 so they're still happy to take your money. Absolutely disgusting. I've so far resisted the urge to drive up to their showroom but have reported them to Watchdog.
Don't become another victim.

I ordered a Maclaren baby buggy on 20 December. Before doing so, I did get through on the phone after some trying and someone did take time to check they had two in stock (as their website indicated) and said delivery would not be next day but day after. This human contact and the professional-looking website gave me the confidence to part with £185 (I ordered online).

Since then, like other reviewers, I have heard nothing regarding despatch or delivery despite leaving voicemails and sending emails repeatedly over the festive period and last week. Appalling.

From Companies House, the sole director of the company was a Michael Proud until autumn 2011, when he resigned and a Lee Prentergast was appointed (describes as a 'manger' [sic] and born 1974). I have been unable to find out any more.

We placed an order on 26th December 2011, while we too gave them the benefit of the doubt for it being Christmas we have still not seen our order change from "Order Received".

We too tried calling and emailing, and actually sent them a cancellation of our order to their cancellation@teenytots.co.uk. No surprises... the email bounced.

We'll be contacting our credit card company in the coming days.

Don't even go there! This is a case of their prices being too good to be true. In the end we drove to an actual store (not Teenytots) and picked up what we wanted, for not much more.

N.B. They have an ebay shop which led us to believe things may be ok as even there people "seem" to have received orders. Although there is plenty of negative feedback recently.

My order was placed on the 29th December and has stayed on "order received" ever since. I appriciate that the holdays have just finished however I would fully expect to be able to contact them. After severel attempts via both phone and email, I have not heard anything! Then I read these latest reviews which has lead to more concern.
In my last email, I gave them a 5pm deadline to contact me which they have not done so. So, I have contacted their local police to report this. The police have re-assured me that they are a genuine company however they will be visiting Teenytots if I have not heard anything by Monday 9th Jan.

09/01/2012: I still cannot contact Teenytots and so have been in contact with the local police again today. They have informed me that they will be sending an officer there this afternoon and will call me back. Again, I'll keep you all updated...

In fact I would give this company no stars if I could! I ordered a MaxiCosi car seat from them on the 19th December 2012 and no goods have arrived despite them sending me a 'your order has been dispatched for next working day delivery'. I thought it was a bit weird as I didn't rreceved a UK Mail tracking number and then goods never arrived. No one answers the phone (and believe me I have been ringing every day!) and no response to multiple emails. I've reported them to my bank and been refunded the cost of the car seat as I paid with a Visa Debit card for which there is insurance. The website looks genuine but avoid this company at all costs, they are either fraudsters or have gone into adminstration, but at any rate, they will take your money and the goods will never materialise!

Update on this - If you go on mumsnet, their coffee house section, it has a thread on Teeny Tots and a reply from TT themselves saying it's not fraud, just rumour mongering, and that all refunds have/are being processed. NEWS TO ME, still waiting for my £85 refund or goods having had no reply from them at all, from numerous attempts at contacting them. My bank are now dealing with it and disputing the charge, having ordered on the 6th Dec, and still not got the goods or any response from TT, not sure how it's anything other than fraud!

This company might offer the lowest prices (and they are pretty low) but I would never order from them. Having read bad reviews I have contacted them via their website, direct email to the "sales" email and by phone in order to make a stock enquiry as I am based in London and they're registered company address is in the north. No response to either form of mail and the phone just rings and rings all day with no answer. Sounds pretty dodgy to me. I will not be ordering from them.

Have been waiting over a month for goods ordered on 8th December. No word, no replies to email, no response to calls.

Steer clear!

VERY disappointed. Only reason they have 1 star is because you can't pick 0. Ordered two Phil and Teds sleeping bags from them on 26th November and still haven't received them despite website showing stock and promising next day delivery. Now have a very cold baby and toddler who have to be covered in oodles of blankets whenever we go out. Phoned several times and no one has answered, despite messages being left no one has been in touch. Have emailed and keep being 'thanked' for my continuing patience but still no sign of the bags.
