Teikametrics is a very valuable tool for managing my company's Amazon advertising campaigns. The AI-powered tools saved me time to adjust bid manually while still giving us some control over how the bids are adjusted (we can set min/max to the ads metrics).
The interface can be a little confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it and familarize yourself with how to use Teika in it's entirety, and have a huge leg up on the competition. Highly recommend.

Teikametrics crew is so customer focused, they know the tech well, and they want you to win.

I've been running Amazon ads for almost 10 years now, so have the knowledge of what I can expect from campaign performance. I've used at least 5 other AI ad services now, and only Teika has managed to match my own manual performance. Ideally it would be great if it could beat my own performance, however, the many hours it saves each and every week is a service well received.

One star loss is due to the slowness of the website, which I'm assuming is likely due to me being in the UK, and their servers being in the US; a minor nag, but it can be frustrating for non-US users. The Teika team however are constantly evolving their product, improving it all the time, so as long as their pricing structure remains competitive and doesn't drastically increase (so often the case with SaaS), I can see me being a happy customer for many years to come.

I've been tempted to go elsewhere for my Amazon and Walmart advertising spending, but Teikametrics is still deploying our money the best. If you have any questions or concerns, you get a true feeling they want to help and make you successful.

I like we can quickly set goals and have clear view on the DSP daily progress but there is a 2 days delay with the data. I cant see real time. also, I dont have full access to my DSP reports.
I cant download all in the same place, I always need to pull out 3 reports to see how I spend by ad type on Amazon. However the tool is user friendly. This can be a good combination if they fix this pain point. also I cant create orders on DSP directly and I cant see all reports. But on PPC the AI works well.

We recently on boarded with Teikametrics, they are easy to onboard, take in depth information about existing account, products to focus on, the products life cycle stage, etc. They use a combination of bidding rules and AI to make sure that your ads are getting as much visibility as possible. We are excited to see the benefit of this dynamic approach.

Great service and technology for Amazon sellers.

I like to ability to track changes using the Smart Pages features. I can view side by side the recommendation against my current one to see what corrections are being displayed and why. This feature works for both Walmart.com and Amazon, which makes it easier to change content to the specifications of the platforms.

The service we get from the knowledgeable Teika staff is amazing. Their product is always expanding and becoming more useful and their willingness to listen to their clients and take into account our needs is something not expected and thoroughly appreciated.

We love that Teikametrics offers our brand a fully managed paid media advertising platform that allows us to customize spend based on specific targets. Having an account manager that teaches us about how to best utilize the Amazon and Walmart platforms is also beneficial for optimizing and allowing us to scale our Amazon business efficiently. Teikametrics' flywheel system was easy to integrate and their customer services goes above and beyond to assist with any issues that may arise.

What went wrong with Teikametrics was primarily the lack of support and communication during a critical period. After onboarding, my representative went on vacation, leaving me without assistance when I needed guidance. By the time she returned, we had a conversation about their offerings which I was no longer interested, I had lost interest in their offerings. This misalignment led to a financial loss of $5,723.43 still trying to come out of the hole from money being taken.

To improve, Teikametrics should ensure that every client has access to dedicated support throughout the onboarding process, regardless of individual representative availability. Implementing a clear communication plan and providing interim support during absences could prevent misunderstandings. Additionally, the company should enhance transparency around cancellation and billing policies, ensuring that clients are fully aware of any charges and that refunds are processed promptly, especially for small business owners who rely on these funds for their operations. Ensuring better support and clarity would significantly enhance the user experience and build trust with clients.

easy to use , the videos are very helpful , I wait to see if there is a real advantage for the sales and the ppc ads . the customer service can be faster for issues , its take too long to get an answer nd have the issues fixed

I'm a big fan of Teikametrics. I've been using it to manage the ads for my brand on Amazon since about 2019. In that time the platform has changed a lot to keep up with all the changes of the marketplace and stay competitive within the space. Of course, there is a learning curve like with anything when you start using a new tool but they do a good job of guiding you through the set up of your campaigns via their documentation and their support team is very knowledgeable for any questions. They have a great response time in getting back to you via chat too.

When they managed my ads, my ROAS ranged from 2 to 5 with very little involvement from me. I loved that everything was pretty much automated once the set up was complete. Funny enough, I actually left for about a year and hired an agency to run my ads and found that Teikametrics was actually much better at running my ads than the agency so I'm officially back again. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to take the guesswork and the manual work out of managing their Amazon campaigns.

So far the tools have done everything I was hoping they could do. Super excited to see what happens over the next months.

I was really impressed with the level of customer service offered by Teikametrics. I had a number of pretty detailed questions on how the AI worked and the team always came back to me with equally detailed answers very quickly. The tool is easy to use (at least if you have a decent knowledge of ads) and I saw an instant improvement in my PPC campaigns. It was far too early for this to be from the bid management, so I hypothesise this had something to do with the smart campaign structure (but this is just a hypothesis).

I've worked with larger providers, some of which charge an arm and a leg for their software. I think Teikametrics offers a really good alternative for advertisers looking for a quality tool but can't afford the ridiculous price point charged by said providers.

Easy platform to use and allowed us to make our Amazon spend much more efficient, whilst also helping to scale previously underperforming campaigns.
