First of all
First of all. I went into the shop in Braga to order. The young man serving was not very helpful and said I could only order online. I ordered online and have been waiting for some time. I sent an email to yourselves and no reply. I went into your shop yesterday to see what was happening. I was told my parcel was in the CTT Gerês. I had no phone call from the CTT to let me know they were here. Not a good service att all.

It took a full week and several e-mails…
It took a full week and several e-mails with complaints to finally receive the package. No information about the delays. Tek4live was happy and pleased with themselves two days after the order, trying to convince me that the package has been sent and delivered.
Further, no info from DHL about the delivery of the package to the delivery point.
Summing, a very bad, traumatic, experience.

Never pay extra for express shipping!!!!!
I ordered a Dryer (on a Sunday) and also paid extra to have it delivered quickly and that went not the right way. Advertised was this :
DHL Parcel Iberia - Serviço Expresso (Entregas em 24 a 48 horas para Portugal Continental - Encomendas até às 15h dias úteis)
I got my dryer the next friday and not within 48 hours.
"Customer service" was more like "customer Disservice"

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Bought a heater and they delivered a speaker by accident (very delayed as well). I have been trying for a month to send it back/pick it up and it is a nightmare. They have sent me wrong DHL codes, sent CTT on the day I said I wasn't at home. I have had to carry a heavy speaker across Lisbon on 3 occasions.....TERRIBLE.

Awful combination of poor customer…
Awful combination of poor customer service and even worse delivery service. (To be expected ,always) I paid an extra €40 for 24/48 hour delivery but received it in 5 days ....totally my fault as I was told I didn't understand that 24/48 can be 5 days🫣.
The delivery guys were nice and as usual I thanked them and tipped them as I always do.
But customer service was shocking and refused to refund the express delivery fee.

Great service, top price!
The shopping process was easy, the delivery was fast. Caring packing and the product as descrand shown on pics. The only thing is that there was no tracking code, neither sms or e-mail the day before or the dame day as the delivery to anticipate the arrival of courier, so it was kind of surprise when he rang the bell 😉, but beyond this nuance, everything went very well and I recommend the company: trustable, fast and offers the best price!
