Just to update that, my package has been lost. I was contacted by customer service and they are sending me a new package with a better transport company. Hopefully, this time I will get my package. I therefore increase rating from one star to three stars.

The product came different than ordered, i ordered i phone 14 prom max case, and the confirmation email came to comfirm fpr i phone 14 pro , but the package came with an i phone 13 pro. And i cant even return it to sender since the retirning address was crossed , or ask for my money back. Its messwd up.
