I have a freepbx server and i activated a trial from voiptalk.But i am new to this and i was facing many problem regarding trunk settings. So i submitted a ticket.Employee named Abid help to setup everything. he access my server via Teamviewer and configure it himself.
I am very satisfied with support service.
Had a problem with my PBX Trunk connecting to IAX , but Abid found the problem with the whitelist security and rectified it quickly and efficiently.

Couldn’t deliver on key functionality as promised, so the company ended up with a botched system which never worked correctly from the day it was put in, it also used additional licenses that we were never reimbursed for. The system was so broken that at one point we were looking at taking legal action in order to get out of the contract, it was decided that it wasn’t worth the additional expense and effort as they were going to fight us every step of the way.
We had at least a dozen occasions over a 2 year period were we would ask support a question about something only to be told that it was not possible, but then find out from our own research or speaking to the implementation team that it was. This just reinforced the impression that they were employing minimum effort and this quickly destroyed any trust we had in their support process. In the end we fixed a lot of things ourselves and avoided at all costs having to contact them.
Other issues we had included an account manager who seemed to foster an us versus them approach and rather than attempting to help us resolve our frustrations and make things better he would quite often just get in the way. In fact I’ve never known an account manager to be so utterly perfunctory, there wasn’t one single member of our staff which had a polite word to say about the guy.
We had numerous carrier and system outage issues during the time we were with them including a couple of issues where they were saying that the problem was with us and not with them, in the end after weeks of proving the point they finally realised that the issue was something at their end which they eventually fixed. The problem with the attitude that they fostered is there was so little trust that we had to take everything they would say with a pinch of salt even when they were correct.
If you’re a small business with a couple of dozen phones then I’m sure Telappliant will be fine, however, if you’re a medium to large sized company with any complexity within your business then I would recommend you stay well clear.
I have been with VoIPtalk (Telappliant) for many years and the standard of service is excellent and fantastic value for money. Communication is also extremely good with regular emails about any maintenance on the network and, if any, usually very few, potential interruptions of service.
Telappliant don't always get it right, but what they do is make it right! They are the people you want in your corner when things aren't working, when you are having issues, when you have cocked up the settings.....when you need help they are there!
Telappliant are the ones, if it is a telephone system you need call them!

Our company decided to use Telappliant for internet services when we moved office. There were some major hiccups along the way, beyond both our control and Telappliant's. The way they dealt with these has been excellent, and as a consequence of some hard work by Telappliant, and especially our contact David, we were able to get connected many weeks earlier than we would have with any other provider. I highly recommend these guys because of the fact that, for us at least, the have gone well above and beyond what was required of them.

Whilst it is up for renewal shorlty we have had regular contact from our account manager advising of any new services that could be of assistance. We have all our voip system & dedicated leased line with telappliant.
The leased line has been a revelation for us and we haven't had any problems thus far. The service is exceptional. We had a power cut in our area a few weeks ago and a few minutes into the power cut, I was call on my mobile by the technical team to ask is everything is ok as they noticed our router was down even though it was no fault of theirs! This has made us confident that Telappliant really do care about us! Also in the event of a fault we won't have to call them & be on hold for ages. Telappliant also helped us get a £2000 grant towards the cost of our leased line.

I have been using Telappliant for more than four years. I have moved my old and current company phone systems to them as they are really hard to beat.
Nobody is perfect but if I had any problem with them, their support was very helpful and did troubleshooting on the fly. You can ring directly to technical support and that is great. Saying that problems were usually to specific connections, never had a problem with the uptime or hardware.
We using Telappliant VoIPOffice phone system and if you are familiar with Asterisks PBX then their UI for a server is very easy to work with. Transferring from BT or Virgin was very easy and Telappliant handled all the conversion minus one number transfer document. If you want you can have plug and play service or just the bare minimum to get you going.
I would recommend definitely to a small - medium company. Running costs in comparison to BT or alike are very small and you don't need any expensive hardware on site. Can't vouch for call-centres or alike purely as I got not enough experience in such big deployments.

I can always access it and there is a lot of help in regards to technical support, any questions are usually answered promptly and all of the advisers are very friendly. Also upgrading the service and purchasing additional handsets is very prompt, usually no more than 3 business days.
