Mother’s Day flowers were never delivered. After contacting customer service, I was refunded and placed a replacement order with a small discount. Unfortunately, the replacement order was also never delivered. Teleflora again offered another refund and another replacement order with a small discount, but after two failed deliveries I declined the third order and accepted the refund instead. The refund was never processed, and I ultimately had to file a claim with my credit card company. Very disappointing experience overall. Lost a long time customer.

I would not recommend teleflowers for your flower needs. As we had an important funeral Monday we place the order for the flowers Saturday night. I received an email Tuesday morning letting me know that they were unable to deliver my flowers to my cousin’s funeral. Why was I not called or emailed prior to the actual funeral. Why was I emailed the day after the funeral letting me know that they did not deliver my flowers. That is truly unacceptable and uncaring. They have no sympathy for what people are going through. All they care about is money the person that was supposed to deliver the flowers just didn’t want to deliver them that day that tells you what kind of people they hire the unreliable place go somewhere else for your flower needs to not take the chance with this company.

Web site info is good. Things like choosing by flower type and other selections that I've not seen on other sites. Ordering workflow is smooth and clearly performed, no confusion because of bad design. Waiting to see how the recipient likes the product. Is it like the product picture, or smaller, different flowers, not as described, etc. But the ordering experience is excellent
I placed an order for a friend’s birthday and spent a long time choosing the arrangement. I had a credit, so I first tried placing the order online. Discount code would not work, so I called in the order. Got a confirmation, and thought all was fine. My friend texted me on her birthday to thank me for the flowers, and also sent a photo. Much to my disappointment(not hers, since she had no idea), it was nothing like what I had ordered. It was pretty, but looked like something I could have picked up from a grocery store and definitely not worth what I paid! The confirmation email says there could be substitutions for out if stock items, but this wasn’t even close and very substandard for a deluxe arrangement. Customers should know this information BEFORE ordering, not afterwards. I called to complain, and received a 25% refund and a 25% off coupon off my next order. Will most likely not order from Teleflora again.

ZERO Stars. I ordered the birthday cake shaped bouquet to make a birthday special with multicolored roses and candles to look like a birthday cake! What was delivered was a small bouquet in a vase with one rose , not even close to resembling the photo, false advertising.

I was contacted by email and told they couldn’t deliver on my original date, and I wasn’t really given an option to cancel—just to pick another day. I adjusted and selected a new delivery date.
Then on that new date, they canceled the order entirely, saying they couldn’t fulfill it.
This is frustrating and unreliable. If you can’t deliver, don’t push customers to reschedule and then still cancel at the last minute. It caused me to miss an important occasion.
A refund was issued, but even that takes 2–10 business days. Overall, not a reliable service—I wouldn’t use Teleflora again.

Very disappointed with my experience with Teleflora. The flowers were left on top of the mailbox without even calling the recipient, and anyone could have easily taken them. On top of that, the arrangement looked completely different from what I ordered and paid for. Poor delivery service and false advertising. I will never order from Teleflora again.

Paid for early delivery. Never got it on time. Got the refund for early delivery after a call to customer service. However the flower arrangement looked much smaller than the photos online.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home for a Celebration of Life Service . The arrangement was completely different. Not the same flowers and not the same vase. And so small that it was placed outside by the guest book. Didn’t even make it into the actual viewing room. The vase was the same size as the cup that the pens were in. I was disappointed and embarrassed. I paid an extra 8.99 for a hand written card which turned out to be a small piece of paper typed on and pushed in the flowers. I only used this company because it was on the website for the funeral home. I would never use them again under any circumstances. I really should be refunded for the order.

I paid for 5/10 delivery which was extra and it was delivered on 5/9. What I ordered and what I got was nothing like the picture. It was half the size and none of the same flowers. I even got messages on the 10th about it being delivered and delivered that where lies. Terrible. They refunded 26 bucks, $3 less than the cost of delivery on $107 order.

I am writing to share my extremely negative experience with [Wire Service Name] and to strongly advise against signing up for their services. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Unfortunately, my membership resulted in significant financial loss rather than increased revenue. I ended up paying over $1,300 in unexpected fees, including charges for sending messages to other florists and over $700 just to add zip codes to my profile. Furthermore, I was charged 200% for orders they claimed were not delivered, despite having proof of delivery.
The technology is also severely outdated; the software is unreliable and lacks basic features like email or text notifications. Beyond the technical issues, the company’s business model feels predatory rather than supportive. To make matters worse, cancelling the membership is an unnecessarily difficult process that takes months to finalize.
I highly recommend sale your own flowers to avoid being ripped off.

I placed 1 order for 2 identical bouquets to be delivered to the same address. 3 days after ordering, I received a notification that they could not fulfill the orders on-time. I called customer service and provided them a new delivery date. One the date of delivery, only 1 bouquet shows up--there was no notification that either of them were delivered. Called customer service again and they stated that they sent the identical bouquets to 2 separate florists, but one of them could not fulfill the order. I requested the order be resent for fulfilment. 2 days later, I receive notification that the order was canceled altogether.
Why on earth would 2 identical orders (on the same receipt), going to 1 recipient address be sent to 2 separate florists for fulfillment? What an absolutely insane business practice. Don't bother wasting your time or money.

I have used Teleflora in the past with little issue. If there's an issue with some of the items, they have always substituted to a close replacement. This time they just cancelled the order. I even had an email with the expected delivery of "today". I got an email half way through the day saying in their whole network of florists they could not fulfill the order so they cancelled it with simply an email notice. Not a delay, not a replacement, just cancelled it. Very poor customer service.

Didn't get what I ordered
I ordered the Enchanted Cottage arrangement that has lavender and white roses for my mom, and she received a totally different arrangement.

Teleflora was a complete disappointment. The flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day for my mom across the states looked nothing like what was delivered. The flowers I chose were in a long planter and had tulips, roses and hyacinths. The one that was delivered was in a cheap looking glass vase which I could have bought for cheaper then the arrangement I chose an had cheap carnations, daisys and hydrangea.
When I messaged customer service and asked for a refund, all I got back was twenty-one dollars out of an eighty-seven dollar total. They also gave me twenty percent off, but I would never use their service to use the twenty percent off because they were horrible. Why have people spend a long time choosing which flower arrangement they want if they just get sent anything? And how do you charge someone for something which is clearly more expensive looking and then provide them with a substitute of much cheaper value and expect to keep customers happy. You guys made a day I wanted my mom to feel special into a day I was clearly upset about and she could tell. These are things people send to others to let them know they are thinking of them and valued and swapping cheap flowers is a big let down when we spend close to $90 on the flowers and delivery. It’s false advertising. I could have gotten the flowers that were actually sent for much cheaper around $40 they certainly were not $90 worth of flowers. I want a full refund, otherwise I’m going to issue a credit card chargeback.

I ordered a premium lavender bouquet. What was delivered seemed like they gathered whatever was left over at the shop. It did not match in size, color or flower selection. It was an anniversary bouquet that I ordered well in advanced that looked like a last minute scramble.

The worst service in my liffffffe. I ordered two flower arrangements to be delivered on Mother’s Day paid nearly 80$ of a delivery fee and they called me on Mother’s Day at 11 am to say the flowers shop were closed and they could not be delivered and they will have to be Delivered the next day they said they could give me 20% of my order back and the comes the next day I get an alert one arrangement was delivered at 6:20 the next at 7:20 TO THE SAME ADDRESS and they were hand delivered. NO ONE DELIVERED THE FLOWERS we checked cameras to see if they send them to the wrong door. Nope nothing they flat out lied and when I called to see where the flowers were they said they can give me a refund. I’m so deeply annoyed. Will never ever order from them ever again.

Horrible service! Flowers weren't delivered, was told by customer service that they were at 1am... really? Who delivers flowers at 1am?? Never happened, then received email from teleflora that florist would deliver on Sunday( mother's day), which didn't happen either!!! So why would I receive the email that they would be sent out the next day if I was told they were delivered?? Not good at all!!!
