Absolute waste of money I spent alot on a birthday package and what was received was cheap and tatty,nothing like the picture and when I've complained I've not been treated much better .. the bunch of flowers wasn't even worth 15 euro the card a cheap ugly looking think

The little balloon didn't even have a stick so just fell to the floor, nearly got sick when I seen them . I definitely wouldn't advise going near them and I should have looked at the reviews first . Lesson learned

Beautiful bouquet delivered for my birthday from my very good friend. Very disappointed to say that they have wilted badly on day four only and have had to throw several away already as completely drooped. Honestly, flowers from Lidl are far superior and probably only a quarter of the price and last at least four times as long. I feel so bad for my friend having spent good money

Absolutely awful , I ordered flowers for my friend whose dad had passed away. And 4 days later still no sign of the flowers although it states they were due two days ago but my friend never got them . Also it states that the flowers are coming from Ireland but they are actually from a company in the UK so it’s very misleading .

I recieved a bouquet for my birthday that my daughter had ordered .Delivery was right on time according to text message beforehand. Solid cardboard box and the usual florist wrapping plus 3 Lindt chocolates included .However bunch of flowers were so disappointing. 5 yellow roses ..4 were withered .. stems of chrysanthemums were also withered. My daughter emailed the company to complain as they were not what she ordered.
I got a message to say replacement delivery the next day ....right on time my new delivery arrived.. but this time the bunch of flowers were of a poorer quality ....3 roses ..2 were withered and 2 stems of small chrysanthemum ...and a bit of greenery.
Such poor quality flowers ...such bad value... total rip-off.
Packaging good quality and lovely choc.. Never again would we use this florist.

I was sent flowers from eflowers.ie as a gift. The sender paid extra for delivery on a specified date. The flowers arrived a day later and looked worst for wear after sitting in box without water for two days. According to the website the flowers are sent in bud. These were definitely long last the bud stage when they were sent.

Do not use this company:service.
Ordered for delivery two days later. still not delivered. Track your parcel not working! Customer service using excuses like bad traffic, road closures etc.. requested refund.. shambles.

I ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary and, of course, specified the delivery date. They were not delivered on the specified date, making them, in effect, useless. I requested that my order be cancelled and my money refunded but customer service refused. I would strongly recommend against ordering flowers from this company.

Excellent service! Clear communication and prompt delivery on New Year's Eve, with photo confirmation on receipt.

Flowers not delivered on the day - despite saying available for next day delivery on the product page. Tracking/order number not working. No Tracking process provided ever worked. Appalling customer service. From start to finish a thoroughly disappointing experience. I highly recommend not using this company and supporting a local florist instead. I wish I had.

Poor quality of flowers, didn’t look as advertised, customer service tried to blame me for the the flowers not looking good.
Offered a replacement but they looked as bad as the first delivery.
Will not give a refund. I have to order from another florist.
I wouldn’t recommend eflorist to anyone.

Do not rely on this company. I ordered flowers on the 17th of December but on the 26th of December 2025 they were not delivered! I was completely let down and extremely disappointed. I am sorry EFlorist but I will never use you again. And you had the cheek not to even notify that you couldn’t deliver the flowers nor even offer me a refund. I had to email you and ask for it it! What kind of business is this? You are a complete shambles! Do not spend a dime nor even a second with this company!

The flowers are practically dead. I received the bouquet as a birthday gift from my daughter who resides in the UK.
Flower heads falling off leaves were all wilted. It's an absolute disgrace considering the cost of the flowers and then delivery charges on top of that.
Would never recommend this florists to anyone

I ordered a flower bouquet called Pink bliss and the actual product arrived looks nothing like it.
This is fake advertisement and I will be seeking for a refund, otherwise I will get my legal team involved.

Ordered flowers for a friends birthday SHOCKING!!!!! doesn’t look anything like the picture!!! They threw in a few white and red roses when that wasn’t even their order! Parcel was left outside the door without even the knock and half of the flowers were ruined.Not even like there was many. Absolutely shocking.

Flowers never delivered and they only admitted to not delivering after I followed them up. Terrible

I ordered several bouquets, there was a problem with one delivery but got resolved asap with prompt reply to solve the issue. Would definitely use eflorist again great value also. Thank you

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered the large bouquet with vase and a box of Lindor chocolates for my sister in law. They arrived a day late, thrown on the doorstep in a box. The flowers were half dead with a plastic vase and 4 chocolates. They would definitely not brighten up someone's day as was the intention. I advise not to use this site as you will only be disappointed.

Would not recommend this company my friend ordered a big bouquet of roses for me with a glass vase. When these arrived the box was thrown onto the doorstep and very sparse number of roses with a plastic vase instead of glass vase.These were not at all like what she ordered. The customer service was shocking.

Shipping details and contact details mixed with another order, a large bunch of flowers was ordered and a small delivered, no reply on this issue. Just a poor experience in general

Normally would by a €40 bunch of flowers from a local florist for my wife but thought I'd order from e-florist this time. I also ordered a bunch for my wife's mother for an early Christmas present. Firstly, I paid extra for the flowers to be guaranteed to be delivered on Christmas Eve. They were delivered a day early when there was no one in my mother in law's house to collect them. I happened to be home when my wife's bunch came. The bunch is truly dissapointing. Looks like a 10 euro bunch from Lidl and the flowers are wilted. Don't waste your money. Buy somewhere you can see what you're getting.
