More importantly, he takes time and listens to the information being conveyed to him.

The process of ordering a new Telford Vented Indirect Copper Hot Water Cylinder and Backer 27inch Immersion Heater, through Plumbnation, was very straightforward and they were very helpful with the technical queries I had.
The delivery of the Cylinder was undertaken by Telford themselves. The delivery driver could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
Unfortunately, we were out when he came so he phoned us to ask where he could safely leave the cylinder. After some discussion he searched out which one of our neighbours was at home, and while we stayed on the call he organised leaving the cylinder with them. So, what could have been a difficult situation was dealt with without any fuss or bother.
I had checked with Plumbnation that the 27 inch immersion heater would fit in the cylinder, and they confirmed with Telford that it would. However, when I did a test fit I was concerned that the heater might just touch the coil. A quick, and very helpful, call to Telford support confirmed that even if the heater did touch the coil it wasn't a problem.
So a very special thanks to Rob of Plumbnation and the delivery driver, Yvonne and Sean of Telford Copper Cylinders.

Very helpful advice and generous with time and availability to answer all my questions and guide me through steps to try and resolve my hot water problem, both on the telephone and by email. I felt very supported by them. When it became apparent I would need an engineer the service team were excellent and organised an engineer to come . I am really glad of their support.
The engineer has been . Arrived exactly on time and solved our problem quickly. Very grateful to the Telford team today.🙂👍
