Telldom 

Unfortunately, i was ripped off the same as the other reviews, cheap crap pump that doesn't work.. paid $60 US and they offered me $6.. i have reported them through Paypal, i hope there is another way to stop them ripping people off.

I ordered and paid for an item described as 'fashion design-portable wireless smart air pump', the visual video description of this item showed a hand held rechargeable electronic pump that was capable of inflating car tyres. The item I received is a cheap, poor quality manual bicycle pump. The payment was to a company named ele, the company selling the item is Telldom. I paid through Paypal and asked them to deal with it and after an insulting offer of $6 refund, I asked for a full refund. Telldom offered this on the condition that I return the item. The cost of postage for this item is a lot more than the the item is worth, and I do not trust Telldom to confirm receipt even though it would be tracked by Royal Mail, I suspect that Telldom would claim that they never received it. This company is definitely a scam, buyer BEWARE and avoid at all costs

I placed a order on 5/28/2020. I have yet to receive my merchandise. I have sent them an email twice.. with the response that the item is on its way and keep send me to s Chinese tracking site that I can’t read.. I ordered through PayPal but Paypal does not have a history of the order but the money was indeed taken out of my checking account.. I’m beginning to think this website is a scamm.

Sadly, failure on all.

Exactly 2 month later a small plastic biking pump arrived. Not at all what I ordered.
After a lot of communication with the most useless customer support I have ever experienced, they offer 6$ in refund. The pump originally cost me 24,98$ inclusive freight. They say that it,s not worth returning the product that I got.
That is not my concern. I ordered and payed for a product that I have not received. I have no interest of the product that they sent me. I will of course return the product they sent me when they give me the return address.

Avoid this company. You will not get the product you order and certainly not in time.

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago. When asked about the shipping status, I keep getting the same response: "Wait a few days". The tracking number provided shows "no shipping info" even 3 weeks after placing an order. The customer service person is either not understanding the basic questions or refuse to answer the same questions I have asked via many (more than 5) emails. For instance, I had 2 questions: When was it shipped and what is the estimated delivery date? i never got the direct response to these questions from them. This is the company you want to avoid at all cost.

Bought 2 very nifty smart watches for xmas presents.
Instead of the smartwatches with built in stereo ear pod chargers that we ordered, we got two cheap mono ear pods that are the ones you pay just postage for on wish and a couple of knock off fit bit types watches. So nothing like the ones advertised. After many emails they offered to refund about 2/3rds of the cost but never have and have now stopped responding to emails altogether.

Avoid. They don't send you what you order or what is advertised and palm you off when you make a complaint.
