One of the products ordered had a defect. After contacting TellSell, I received an immediate reply from Rene who sent me a replacement. Excellent old fashioned service...not often found these days...would recommend them anytime...

Fast delivery but problems if you want to return and get a refund. Bad.
I ordered a waist belt. I got it quickly in mail. I tried it on. It did not look good and I returned it the very same day. This was september 15. Now it is 29 of October and I am still waiting them to refund my money. I have contacted then twice to ask where is my money. First time they said yes they received my return and refund will take 14 days. I waited. Contacted them again and they said it will take longer. Im still waiting. I will never recommend this company or use this company again.
