Order was made on Dec 25 to have items for the new year party, since the delivery time was 1-2 week days but it was delivered on January 2, so it will just be returned in its entirety but had to pay an extra fee to return.

Nothing like promised, pricey rubbish

The first stone at the top of the crown is detached from it. The delivery provided a wrong tracking ID, which caused difficulties and worries when tracking.

Temashop | Order stuck without receiving any information
Order number: 190476364
I placed an order via Temashop for Halloween. I placed the order on Tuesday and delivery was estimated Friday.
I received a confirmation email that my order went through and funds were withdrawn from my account, so I assumed my order was placed.
On Thursday I started to worry that there was a problem with my order. The order status button found in the order confirmation email did not work, got the error "The requested URL /ls/click was not found on this server." and Postnord (delivery service) had not added my order to their app. So I emailed Temashop and asked them to look at my order and see if everything was right with it.
Didn't get a reply to email. On Friday, the same day that the delivery was supposed to be, I chose to call their support and there they told me that there had been a problem between Klarna and Temashop's system, which caused my order to end up in some kind of pause mode.
No such information was sent to me, but I had to send 3 emails (without a reply) and I had to call customer support to find out.
I lost 4 days on this and now stress need to buy something else for Halloween tomorrow.
I understand that sometimes there can be system errors. But what annoyed me was that I didn't get a reply to my three emails, it had been 4 days and I had to call support myself to get the information.
Support would help me cancel my order so I get my money back.
But I will not recommend Temashop in the future.
+ The person in customer service was nice and very helpful. She was the only plus I had in my experience with Temashop.
