Ethical, fresh, healing cool Toning Essence
I’ve had very bad skin all over my body since getting Covid in March 2020. No amount of creams and drugs prescribed by my GP and dermatologist would cure it although Lotriderm would provide some respite from the worst areas for a short period of time. By chance, my wife bought me Toning Essence for Christmas 2022 and my face and neck is now clear even though I’ve used other brand toner with no difference to my skin. Toning Essence has completely restored my face and neck to their pre-Covid days. What an incredible difference. I’ll try it next elsewhere.

A treat for you and your skin!
Fabulous range of top-quality products that smell lovely whilst treating your skin. I've had friends and beauty therapists comment on my skin and I thank my Temple Spa regime! Many new products I've tried have become favourites. I've held and attended several at home parties, including on tspa tv, and each consultant I've met have been knowledgable, warm and passionate about skincare and finding the right product for you.

Quality products with beautiful fragrance
I have been using various products from TempleSpa for sometime and particularly love In the beginning cleanser, It’s all good facial oil, most revealing peel and Repose night cream. All the products are of great quality and are beautifully fragranced.
My products always arrive promptly after ordering online.
Super fast delivery
Just ordered more from this fabulous company and my fabulous consultant Kathy Ford.
The delivery was so quick!
I am so impressed with the products and service.
Customer for life! x
What a wonderful service I recieved
What a wonderful service I recieved. I suffer from sensitive skin that seems to hate everything. The consultantant gave me a few bits to try on my face and they didn't irritate me at all and they worked great. Lovely service all round.
Alison was amazing
Alison was amazing! I am useless at picking this sort of stuff so she guided me based on the little information I had. My Mrs. loved everything I got her. So not just great products but great service too. Severely recommend!
Fantastic
I am a massive skin care fanatic and have been using temple spa regularly for about 10 years - I have tried other brands but I always come back to temple spa as the products are fantastic quality with high end ingredients for the price and make my skin look and feel amazing. I’ve been to a few skin care classes and there are not many brands where you can try the full range before buying! Always had prompt delivery and products are safely packed in lovely packaging.
Temple Spa is wonderful
I’ve used Temple Spa skin care for over 20 years. I tried other brands but always come back to Temple Spa. For daily use I use Good to Go foaming facial cleanser because I like to wash my face. It doesn’t dry my skin or leave it feeling tight. After cleansing I tone my skin with Toning Essence. It doesn’t contain alcohol so again doesn’t strip my skin and is safe to use around my eyes. I love Windows of the Soul eye gel. It helps reduce puffiness and is gentle on the delicate eye area. Be Firm is my serum of choice, I am in my sixties and this helps with those annoying little wrinkles. I have normal skin and I use Moisture to Go moisturiser. It’s got a lovely velvety texture and is so easily absorbed. Finally for my neck area I use Exalt firming neck gel. It has a wonderful silky feeling and firms my neck and jaw area. I would definitely recommend Temple Spa products, they are luxurious and effective.
Great service with care.
I won’t be buying from the Temple Spa…
I won’t be buying from the Temple Spa website ever again. The order took ages to arrive. Then they sent me a wrong item but refused to accept responsibility that this was an error made by them.
As they refused point blank to refund the return postage costs for the one wrong item, I decided to return the whole order to them for a refund. I mean, why should they make any profit out of me when they won’t rectify their error?
Customer Service was dreadful, very argumentative and verging on positivity rude.
I wish I’d checked Trustpilot first. I see quite a few people have had unpleasant experiences with this company.
Dislikes honest criticism
Last year I purchased the Temple Spa lip defence SPF30 thinking it would be a fantastic no-white-cast, flavourless SPF lip balm, but when I tried it on, I discovered it had a very strong peppermint flavour to it. Since I had used and opened it, according to their returns policy, I couldn’t get a refund. I realise I should have checked the ingredients list more thoroughly, but the flavour of a lip balm is usually made quite obvious on product pages, and I do not feel this detail was made clear enough on the page or the packaging of the product.
So, 10 months later, after using it up little by little, I finally finish the balm and decide to submit a review letting other customers know that this product contains peppermint in case anyone else wanted to avoid the ingredient.
My review goes live, and the next day I get an email from a member of the ‘Relationship Management Team’ asking if I would like to return or exchange the product, for which I would have to fill out paperwork. I reply that I had just used up the product, and explain my reasoning for submitting the review, to which they reply thanking me for my feedback.
Feeling a little suspicious, I look up the product page again and discover my review has been removed. I send the representative a message asking if they will be reinstating it. Two weeks later, by which point I had given up on hearing back from them, they respond that they are ‘looking at how to go about this’.
Every review currently listed on the product page is 5 stars, three of the reviews telling you nothing about the product itself or its quality: ‘Not tried it yet as only just received’, ‘Product speaks for itself’, ‘Bought as a gift for someone else’.
How do reviews like this inform the consumer? How do they have more value than my own review, aside from artificially boosting the star rating? I criticised the product, yes, but I also commended it for its good qualities and gave it three stars.
Unsurprisingly, my honest review was never reinstated and the representative has gone silent.
Browsing Temple Spa’s website at their other products, not one of the items has a rating below four stars, which is extremely dubious given the vast quantity of items they sell. Every brand has a few dud products, and I somehow doubt Temple Spa would be an exception.
This purchase was both my first and last with Temple Spa, I have no desire to support a company which silences customer criticism of their products.
Avoid, go to competitors who offer better customer service!
I purchased 2 creams as a Christmas gift on 17/12/21. When gifted, I was informed that the recipient is allergic to some of the contents and therefore contacted CS to arrange a return. I had to wait a month for paper work to be sent to me. I then sent the products back on the last week of January. It is now 28/02/22 and I am still waiting for an update or refund. This is a truly poor experience and I would highly recommend others seeking similar products go directly to competitors such as Molten Brown. By far one of the most shockingly poor CS experiences I have ever come across!
Best Skin Care I've ever used!!
I love Temple Spa products. The results I get on my skin are wonderful. I wouldn't use anything else. My consultant Angie looks after me so well and nothing is too much trouble. The parties i've been to both online and get togethers have always been a lovely experience. If you've not tried Temple Spa you're missing a treat!
